The participation of the Central Bank of Iraq in the seminar of financial inclusion held at the University of Nooruz in Dohuk for the period from 21 -  April 2018 under the title of the role of the Central Bank in achieving financial inclusion in Iraq and came through this participation by introducing the concept of financial comprehension and vision and objectives and challenges facing their application in Iraq as well as Provide information on the work and services of banks operating in Iraq

Particularly the draft strategy of financial inclusion in Iraq prepared by this bank and its effective role in promoting economic growth .
