The site of Nombio World, which means the standard of living of the world, that the expenses of Iraqi citizens in one month concentrated mainly in seven things.

The site, according to the latest update in February, said that "the markets that include the basic food for him occupy the first place in the expenses of the Iraqi citizen, where he occupies 32.2% of his monthly crop, followed by the rent and by 21.4%."

He added that "Restaurants occupy third place in the expenses of Iraqi citizens by 14.5%, followed by transport by 11.2%, while the expense of sport and rest to the fifth place by 9.8%, followed by services by 8.1%.

"The Iraqi citizen spends only 2.8 percent on clothes and shoes," he said.

Numbeo is one of the sites launched in 2009, as a source by many international newspapers and magazines including the BBC , Time, The Forks, Forbes, The Economist, Busines Incider, San Francisco Chronicle, New York Times, The The Telegraph, The Edge, The Sydney Morning Herald, China Daily, Washington Post , USAToday and dozens of other websites and media.

Surprising that with such little monthly income, they spend 14.5% on restaurants and 9.8% on "sport and rest".

The cost of those may be relative. I know that the same things weather dining or leisure cost differently from country to country. Skiing and dining in Ukraine is much much cheaper than here in the US. Let’s look even simpler, dining and goods are cheaper in Arizona than in Hawaii.
