OK here's a thought you bumbling bunch of incompetent bafoons.  If you want all of this money from investors and the international community have a separate international overseer and deposit the funds in a bank outside of Iraq.  A bank account that requires at least 3 signatures from 3 individuals from 3 different countries.  Not so much a logistics nightmare that it once was.  Then as a project is completed and verified as completed pay out the funds to the company that did the job.  No ghost companies or ghost employees.  None of the money actually goes to Iraq but is used to rebuild the country with Iraqi people.  Hence the money actually goes to Iraq but through the people of Iraq that are doing the work.  Once the contracts are drawn up, signed and the money is deposited in the account then you have the ability to RV your currency.  This will give more countries and companies confidence to invest in your country.

 

If nothing like this scenario happens I do not see anything but money being dumped into Iraq and siphoned off into the pockets of the corrupt.  And the perpetual roller coaster still going.

 

Just my which equates to a half of a half of a half of a half of a dinar.................. if that.
