A parliamentary source told Alsumaria News, "The Presidency of the House of Representatives resumed its 12th meeting chaired by Parliament Speaker Salim al-Jubouri." 

The source, who asked not to be named, said that "the agenda of the session includes continuing to read the report and discuss the draft budget law for the year 2018." 

The parliament decided on Sunday to resume its 12th regular session held on Tuesday after the vote on the amendment of the election law, which includes a paragraph to allow the nomination of holders of preparatory diplomas.

I have always believed in a government by the people, until I got on this roller coaster...

I was wrong, some people do not have the mental capacity to understand the concept (on every level) and actually need a Dictator.

At this point I don't think anything is going to get done or passed until the new goi is voted in. All we can do is hope that the new goi will actually care about their country and will want to pass laws.  This current goi are nothing but bums.

This was screwed up from the get go.  These people are not fit or capable of running a country.  We should have ceased control and put an intern government in place with a one to one hand holding on how it should be done. Years wasted and life's lost.
