Look for agreements FORMING now behindthe scenes while they handle corruption and rebuild, get the people back, and connect and learn to be connected with the world. I would really liked to have read the actual letter sent. I really would want to know what Trumps actual words were for Maliki and what he said he would or wouldn't do if somehow if Maliki pulls this off.
