Speaker of the Parliament Salim Jubouri, on Sunday, the Parliamentary Finance Committee by ignoring the need to deduct salaries of employees, pointing to the existence of a general trend to cancel deductions of salaries of employees in the federal budget for 2018.

A parliamentary source told Mawazine News that "the deductions of salaries of employees began in 2016 to support the battles to liberate Mosul and support popular mobilization and assistance to the displaced."

He added that "after the rise in oil prices and the return of displaced people to their areas there is a general trend to cancel deductions of salaries of employees in the federal budget for 2018," noting that "the parliamentary finance committee sees today the importance of canceling the deduction and it is illegal since the entry of 2018."

Al-Jubouri, the Finance Committee, "to emphasize the absence of the need to deduct salaries of employees," stressing "the keenness of the Council not to prejudice the salaries of employees."

Alsumaria News / Baghdad  The Presidency of Parliament decided on Sunday to resume its 12th regular session held today to next Tuesday, after the withdrawal of the Liberal bloc to pass the proposal for the nomination of holders of preparatory diplomas.  A parliamentary source said in an interview for Alsumaria Niu, "The House of Representatives kept its session today open, and decided to resign next Tuesday."  The source, who asked not to be named, said that "the Liberal bloc withdrew from the session against the backdrop of the vote of the Council on the proposal of the second amendment to the law of the elections of the House of Representatives, which includes allowing 20 of the Council to nominate for membership by a preparatory certificate."     The House of Representatives held a few days ago, its 12, chaired by the President of the Council Salim Jubouri and the presence of 165 deputies.
