Alsumaria News / Baghdad held the Higher Committee for Investment and Reconstruction, on Thursday, a meeting chaired by Prime Minister Haider al - Abadi and approved several recommendations on the implementation of projects in Baghdad.  "The Prime Minister, Haider al-Abbadi, chaired the meeting of the Higher Committee for Investment and Reconstruction on Thursday, where the committee discussed the provision of the right environment for investment and that Iraq is an attractive environment for investments through new laws and procedures are currently in operation, Especially the recent issuance of the Council of Ministers in this regard. "   The statement added that "a number of projects and investment opportunities before the committee were discussed, including the Al-Jish Army channel project, the rehabilitation of the area surrounding Baghdad International Airport, the urban center project for Baghdad City, the wedding island and the Jadiriya lake."  The statement pointed out that "the Committee approved a set of recommendations that help to implement these projects, including the formation of a small team linked to the Supreme Committee to follow up and facilitate procedures for investors and lifting the obstacles that face them," stressing that "the preparations and preparations for the conference to reconstruct Iraq next week in Kuwait ".

Prime Minister Haidar al-Abadi on Thursday chaired the meeting of the Higher Committee for Investment and Reconstruction.

"The committee discussed the provision of the right environment for investment and that Iraq is an attractive environment for investments through new laws and procedures that are currently being implemented, especially the recently issued by the Council of Ministers in this regard," a statement by the Prime Minister's Information Office said. . 
He added that "a number of projects and investment opportunities before the committee were discussed, including the army channel project, the rehabilitation of the area around Baghdad International Airport and the project of the urban center of Baghdad city, the wedding island and the lake of Jadiriya. 
The Higher Committee for Investment and Reconstruction approved "a set of recommendations that help to implement these projects, including the formation of a small team linked to the Supreme Committee to follow up and facilitate procedures for investors and lifting the obstacles that face them."
The meeting reviewed "preparations and preparations for the Iraq reconstruction conference to be held next week in Kuwait."

that come into the job as middle class managers and leave a few years later as

very rich ex-government employees living out of the country. Maybe im just jaded lol

maybe they will take Kuwait up on their offering ,those who lend will supervise the rebuilding ,  watch where the money goes , and not ,  where it  disappears too !
