Amen to that. The Fed already refused to change election date, but they STILL debate it. They set minimum education standards to run for election, but now still insist on middle school graduates and those accused of corruption and theft still allowed to get on the ballot. And the Kuwait conference starts next MONDAY, yet no budget and they adjourn until Sunday. So that looks to be a no go on a passed budget and I expect will weigh heavily on conference members who Iraq is expecting to open their checkbooks next week and 'throw' $100 BILLION at them. That's like giving my 15-year old daughter the keys to my new truck and plump wallet, expecting she will do the right thing. What a cluster........ !!!
