I can't possibly know if Trump does actually have first hand knowledge of this, however, I doubt it.

Trump has been constant since the first day of taking office, the traitors to America have been, and still are, all those government employees intentionally disregarding their new bosses directives, leaking sensitive information to the press, feeding privileged or  sensitive information about conservatives to the modern Nazis that are called Antifa.

If this IS going on with Trump's blessing, we need to find out quickly, but if not, if it is just more "resistance" from the "do everything opposite Trump" rogue government workers, then we need to know which ones,  firing squad for high treason will inspers the rest of the dirtbags to stop, or not, and they can rot in hell with all the rest.

Illegal aliens are quietly being redistributed across the country on private flights paid for by US taxpayers.

The illegal aliens were seen boarding planes this past week in Texas and Tucson, Arizona.

Barack Obama was notorious for shuffling illegal aliens around at night by bus and air.

 

Judicial Watch reported:

Immigrants entering the United States illegally through the southern border are quietly being relocated to different parts of the country on commercial flights, high-ranking Homeland Security officials told Judicial Watch this week. In the last few days alone, groups of illegal aliens boarded planes at airports in Texas and Arizona accompanied by a taxpayer-funded government escort in civilian clothes to avoid drawing attention. The first flight originated at Valley International Airport in Harlingen, Texas and was bound for Minneapolis. The second left from Tucson International Airport and arrived in Salt Lake City, Utah, federal sources said. In both locations the illegal aliens appeared to be in their late teens and were escorted by a Health and Human Services (HHS) chaperone. Judicial Watch reached out to HHS for comment but did not hear back from the agency.

The illegal aliens wear red HHS wrist bands and receive “the gold glove treatment,” according to a veteran federal official, who added that the undocumented immigrants get priority boarding ahead of all other passengers, including law enforcement personnel. “It is shameful and dangerous,” said a seasoned Homeland Security agent with direct knowledge of the secret operations. Labor personnel from front-line Department of Homeland Security (DHS) agencies have complained about the cost and security risk of flying illegal alien minors to any destination of their choosing within the U.S., according to a longtime Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) official present at the meetings. One of the closed-door meetings, late last year, included President Donald Trump and his chief of staff, John Kelly.

It appears that the Trump administration has chosen to ignore the concerns of rank-and-file federal agents, instead opting to quietly extend the controversial Obama-era policy that relocates illegal immigrants to unsuspecting communities nationwide. It is known as “Catch and Release” and frustrated DHS sources tell Judicial Watch the Trump administration is essentially facilitating the ongoing commission of a federal immigration crime despite its tough border security rhetoric.

It would be really helpful to validate this story if just one of these "high ranking", "veteran", "seasoned" or "longtime" government employees/agents would simply identify themselves by name.  It's tragic really.  If somebody wants to stir up the base, make outlandish claims, provide no names and sit back and watch the feeding frenzy.  There will even be some who will say...."even if it's not true, it could happen, so let's be outraged just in case".  As always, just my opinion.    Bait taken.

WASHINGTON –  Melania Trump was paid for 10 modeling jobs in the United States worth $20,056 that occurred in the seven weeks before she had legal permission to work in the country, according to detailed accounting ledgers, contracts and related documents from 20 years ago provided to The Associated Press.

The details of Mrs. Trump's early paid modeling work in the U.S. emerged in the final days of a bitter presidential campaign in which her husband, Donald Trump, has taken a hard line on immigration laws and those who violate them. Trump has proposed broader use of the government's E-verify system allowing employers to check whether job applicants are authorized to work. He has noted that federal law prohibits illegally paying immigrants.

Mrs. Trump, who received a green card in March 2001 and became a U.S. citizen in 2006, has always maintained that she arrived in the country legally and never violated the terms of her immigration status. During the presidential campaign, she has cited her story to defend her husband's hard line on immigration.

The wife of the GOP presidential nominee, who sometimes worked as a model under just her first name, has said through an attorney that she first came to the U.S. from Slovenia on Aug. 27, 1996, on a B1/B2 visitor visa and then obtained an H-1B work visa on Oct. 18, 1996.

The documents obtained by the AP show she was paid for 10 modeling assignments between Sept. 10 and Oct. 15, during a time when her visa allowed her generally to be in the U.S. and look for work but not perform paid work in the country. The documents examined by the AP indicate that the modeling assignments would have been outside the bounds of her visa.

It is highly unlikely that the discovery will affect the citizenship status of Mrs. Trump. The government can seek to revoke the U.S. citizenship of immigrants after the fact in cases when it determines a person willfully misrepresented or concealed facts relevant to his naturalization. But the government effectively does this in only the most egregious cases, such as instances involving terrorism or war crimes.

The disclosures about the payments come as Mrs. Trump takes on a more substantial role advocating for her husband's candidacy. She made her first speech in months Thursday, in which she spoke of her time working as a model in Europe and her decision to come to the U.S.

"As a young entrepreneur, I wanted to follow my dream to a place where freedom and opportunity were in abundance. So of course, I came here," she said. "Living and working in America was a true blessing, but I wanted something more. I wanted to be an American."

The documents obtained by the AP included ledgers, other accounting documents and a management agreement signed by Mrs. Trump from Metropolitan International Management that covered parts of 1996 and 1997. The AP obtained the files this week after seeking copies since August from employees of the now-defunct modeling firm, after Mrs. Trump made comments earlier this summer that appeared inconsistent with U.S. immigration rules.

A New York immigration lawyer whom Mrs. Trump asked to review her immigration documents, Michael J. Wildes, also reviewed some of the ledgers at AP's request. Wildes said in a brief statement that "these documents, which have not been verified, do not reflect our records including corresponding passport stamps." He did not elaborate or answer additional questions asking for clarification. Wilde appeared to be referring to Mrs. Trump's arrival in the United States on Aug. 27, 1996, one day after the ledgers list a charge for car service to pick up Mrs. Trump from the airport. Trump campaign spokeswoman Hope Hicks also did not answer additional written questions from the AP.

Since questions arose earlier this year, Mrs. Trump has declined to publicly release her immigration records. Wildes, the immigration lawyer, released a letter in September that laid out the details of what he said Mrs. Trump's immigration records show, including a seven-week window in which Mrs. Trump was in the U.S. before her work visa was issued.

During that seven-week period, the ledgers list modeling work for clients that included Fitness magazine and Bergdorf Goodman department store. The management agreement, which said it was not an employment agreement, included a handwritten date of Aug. 27, 1996. The top of the document said it was "made and entered into as of this 4th day of September 1996."

Many of the documents were part of a legal dispute related to the dissolution of the firm in the late 1990s and found recently in storage. The accounting ledgers for the firm's models were listed on hundreds of pages of continuously fed paper that appeared yellowed with age. They were authenticated by a former employee who worked at the firm at the time. The employee spoke on condition of anonymity because this person feared retaliation and threats from Trump's presidential campaign.

Exhibit markings with the records were also consistent with documents filed in New York state court, including a deposition of one former partner that referred to the same exhibit number. The sworn testimony describing the exhibit's content matches the documents obtained by the AP.

A former partner, Paolo Zampolli, who previously told the AP that he recruited Mrs. Trump to come to the U.S. as a model, confirmed that the contract language was used by his firm and his signature appeared on the document. Mrs. Trump's signature on the contract resembled her signature on her marriage license recorded in 2005. Asked about the two dates on the document, Zampolli said he usually vacationed in Europe each August and likely arranged for the contract to be formally executed when he returned to New York after Labor Day, even though Mrs. Trump had signed it eight days earlier.

Zampolli previously told the AP that Mrs. Trump obtained a work visa before she modeled professionally in the United States. He said the ledgers for Mrs. Trump were consistent with printouts used by his firm at the time, but he would not personally vouch for them because he said money matters were handled by the company's chief financial officer, who has since died.

Zampolli said he did not recall Mrs. Trump working without legal permission. "Honestly, I don't know. It's like 20 years ago," he said. "The contract looks (like) a real one and the standard one."

Foreigners are not allowed to use a visitor visa to work for pay in the U.S. for American companies. Doing so would violate the terms of that visa and could prohibit a foreigner from later changing his or her immigration status in the U.S. or bar the foreigner from the United States again without special permission to come back. The E-verify system started in 1997— after Mrs. Trump came to the country— and was dramatically expanded after 2007.

Some ledgers obtained by the AP identify Mrs. Trump by her professional name and detail her involvement with the modeling agency from July 18, 1996, through Sept. 26, 1997. Other documents from the same accounting ledgers identify Mrs. Trump as Melanija Knaus and list $20,526 in gross earnings for the period before she was granted her work visa on Oct. 18, 1996. The documents also show the modeling company paid for her rent, lent her money and paid for her pager.

Some ledgers were first made available to True.Ink, an online lifestyle publication, and then independently obtained and verified by the AP.

Metropolitan International Management managed the careers of about 65 women in 1996 and 1997, according to court records. It paid the women as independent contractors, collecting a 20 percent commission and deducting expenses. The ledger shows that the firm also deducted federal taxes from the models' gross earnings, including Mrs. Trump's.

Back in February, in one of her first interviews, she aggressively defended her husband’s immigration policies by asserting that she was one of the good immigrants:

“I followed the law. I never thought to stay here without papers. I had a visa, I traveled every few months back to the country to Slovenia to stamp the visa. And you should do that, you should not just say let me stay here and whatever happens, happens.”

But Politico reports that a wealth of evidence—including the nude photo shoot that graced the cover of The New York Post last weekend—suggests that she was, in fact, an undocumented immigrant who worked in this country illegally. Politico places her in the United States one year earlier than she has previously claimed, and says she may have been on a B-1 business visa, not an H-1B work visa—which means that she likely committed visa fraud and worked in the country illegally.

The only way for Melania to rebut the allegations is for her to release her immigration documents. Given her husband’s reluctance to release his tax returns, or to submit to other standard forms of vetting, that seems unlikely. Still, if Melania were to do that and if her records were in order, it would be, politically speaking, a win for the Trump campaign—more proof that the media is out to get the Trump family.

This has been a very bad two weeks for Melania Trump—first the plagiarism, then the nudes, and now she has become a living, breathing argument that her husband is a hypocrite and not the steadfast defender of our nation’s borders that he claims to be. Of course, Trump’s illegal immigration rhetoric is largely about race and kicking brown people out of what Trump’s white voters think is a white country, not white super-models taking jobs away from other white super-models. But on the surface, at least, Donald Trump’s wife may be the exact kind of immigrant that he’s been railing against for the last thirteen months.

Washington (CNN)Controversial former Sheriff Joe Arpaio on Wednesday called former President Barack Obama's birth certificate a "phony document" in an interview on CNN.

"No doubt about it, we have the evidence, I'm not going to go into all the details, yeah, it's a phony document," Arpaio said on "Cuomo Primetime."

Arpaio announced Tuesday that he is running for the Arizona US Senate seat currently occupied by Sen. Jeff Flake, who is retiring from Congress at the end of his term.

He was a staunch supporter of President Donald Trump during the campaign, and was pardoned by the President in August. The former Maricopa County sheriff was convicted for defying a court order to stop racially profiling Latinos, and he has been widely criticized for his hard-line stances on immigration.

Arpaio has touted "birtherism" in the past, and, when speaking to CNN's Chris Cuomo on Wednesday evening, said he has proof that Obama's birth certificate is fake.

"We have the evidence, nobody will talk about it, nobody will look at it, and anytime you want to come down or anybody we'll be glad to show you the evidence," Arpaio said.

Cuomo pressed Arpaio again on the topic: "So you believe that President Obama's birth certificate is a phony?"

"No doubt about it," Arpaio said.

Trump also has a history of promoting birtherism, but during the 2016 presidential campaign he renounced his past claims and said he thought Obama was in fact born in the US.

The in-fighting of our government is opening many doors where outsiders are waiting to take us down. Do you realize we can not stand alone? Without allies we are doomed to collapse. obummers wife only had to "voluntarily" surrender her law license. Due to the timing and complexities of getting a work Visa in the US, the contract Melanija Knaus signed could have been drawn on a more optimistic date of actually being granted the work Visa. Likely, for the work she was doing, there would need to be some contract in place to describe the work she would do, the pay, and the pay schedule. The articles are not clear on when the actual work was done and when she actually got paid. I don't think engaging in a contract for work constitutes as work.

To me, since Melanija Kraus had a contract in place, this could possibly be construed as under a B-1 Business Visa or there may have been misunderstandings or improper notations either by Melanija Knaus or US immigration. To me, apart from Donald J Trump, Melanija Knaus made good faith to follow the laws of The United States Of America. Since her (apparent) H-1B Visa was granted three months to the day after the beginning date of involvement with the modeling agency, it appears as if Melanija Knaus made every effort to abide by the laws of The United States Of America.

 

I find it odd that former Sheriff Joe Arpaio was on Cuomo (what a jack wagon) on nominally January 10, 2018 to note the inauthenticity of Barak Hussein Obama's Hawiian Birth Certificate while the last article regarding Melanija Trump is dated January 23, 2018.

 

My opinion is the battle lines are being drawn and we will see more on this in the short to near term. More Deep State Swamp Draining.

Innuendo is the left's forte',  because if they had to rely on actual facts most of their "leadership" would already be serving time in a federal prison.

 

I just haven't quite figured out why they are even given the time of day to carry on with their delusional proclamations when their honor is so obviously missing.

 

The irony of the clintons walking around being treated like they were good American patriots while Trump is being investigated and actively persecuted in the media over a document known to be a fabrication by the most corrupt political cabal in history is beyond my vocabulary to describe.

It's apparent to me that since the democrats were not able to destroy what was remaining of America quickly with Hillarious then they have accepted their mission is to just impede our progress as much as possible while they accelerated their active mission of sewing hate and division among the populace.

I think the only reason the government has been so slow prosecute is only evidence of the depth of the shared delusion among most federal workers belief that they were above the law as long as they "were" the law.

Whether in actuality, as in comey and his FBI hacks, or high level department "administrators" maliciously" abusing their power to advance their own agenda.

I know you can see how close America cam to her total destruction by the lawless actions actions that were accepted by rank and file government employees as normal routine.

For some reason, I always believe those same rank and file government workers were just like me,  an everyday American, and I fooled myself into believing they would somehow be our "last line of defense" by standing up to the corruption, or at least exposing it for the rest of us trusting Americans to see.

Instead, we are confronted with the reality that the overwhelming majority of government workers simply do not care,or, are so caught up in carving out their OWN tasty piece of the pie they will refuse to report other crimes for fear their own would be exposed, all of which leave us with the reality that our government is even now taken over by enemies of the State, and until a total reformation of governmental employment policies, a coup is a real and definite possibility on any day of the week.

I always imagined fighting invaders shoulder to shoulder with my neighbors to save America, I did not grasp the truth, that it is my neighbors employed by the government who may well be those vile invaders trying to take over America against the will of her peoples.

 

That's a pretty chilling thought. If clinton was elected, there were easily enough people inside that her directives would have been carried out with the full support and twisted rationalism given obama, the whistleblowers silenced, and the rest of us left to fend for ourselves.

There's a lot of excrement, not just in DC, but fouling up every single government office around the world.

To highlight Your comment here, I was on a plant start up team in the early 90s in China. Although the team was doing their best to get the plant running according to the contract (we succeeded), the Chinese had all kinds of games they were playing to get more out of the contract without having to pay the remaining contract 10% on a successful plant demonstration. There were a few times I tried to locate specific people to no avail. What surprised me was at lunch time, a whole host of people came out from the plant from who knows where with their porcelain bowls and spoons. I saw first hand that an oppressive government can maintain their control over the people as long as the oppressive government meets the very basic needs of the people.

 

It is a sad state of affairs when a government determines my utilization of basic resources and prohibits me from exercising my skills and talents for my own well being and enjoyment in an uninhibited manner. My opinion is where individual and corporate moral and societal freedoms are not exercised, a vacuum is created. This vacuum is filled with corruption or government - many times it is both. I understand people working for a government function for pay. However, when moral freedoms are compromised while serving in those government functions, a form of willing and despot slavery is forced on or created not only for those compromised but by the people serving in the government role as well.

 

It is my hope that I continue to assess and apply moral freedoms for myself and others. This is a difficult yet necessary and productive endeavor for myself and succeeding generations. Previous generations labored and paid the ultimate sacrifice for my freedoms so I'll pay it forward for succeeding generations - for those that understand, or want to understand, Freedom Isn't Free AND must be exercised in every moral sense.
