This gang of 5 were the very people that are smuggling oil, people, and more to Iran and beyond, to get around the oil quotas the Central GOI placed in the previous agreements. Bringing in what 10 million dollars a day/week? I guess they do not really hate Maliki if they as Sunni's do business with a man that is responsible for ISIS taking over 1/3 of Iraq for 4 years. I guess the color of your money is all they really care about. Drain the swamp in the deserts of Iraq! All borders and border crossing must be under the control and authority of the GOI.
