I could be wrong but 2% of 1184 is 23.6 If you look at oanda chart this means it could go as low as 1160 and as high as 1208. Follow the chart back and if im right you will be happy. ??? I believe these highly trained individuals are there to implement those warrants. "The information received by us in the committee indicates the intention of the Ministry of Transport to contract with the company Taker Swann to protect Baghdad airport," said the committee's decision Rep. Jumaa Diwan Al-Bahadli said in an interview with Alsumaria News, "This company was founded by Blackwater, In the killing of dozens of Iraqis in the yard of the Nsour in Baghdad and this company is the daughter of Blackwater. " "This company does not have any autobiographical evidence of its work to protect any airport in the world, nor does it have any significant financial assets," he added. "The committee will work to open a direct investigation during these days with the ministry concerned with this contract, in addition to summoning the inspector general of the ministry and in case of necessity we will work to summon the minister to the committee," Bahadli said. On September 16, 2007, two Blackwater security personnel shot at unarmed Iraqi civilians in Nisour Square, west of Baghdad, killing 17 and injuring 20 others, a crime that angered Iraqis and strained relations between Iraq and the United States.
