When it becomes a hastle to use I will revert back to what it was before. I am not a slave to the web. I have enough DVD's and a player that will keep me entertained. I have a shop and plenty of other things to stay busy. I grew up in a time that you learned how to keep ones self busy. I know how to use The Encyclopedia Britanica. They can choke on the WEB.

I saw a breakdown today of other countries without net neutrality. It works like this. You get internet service for a basic cost. Let's just say $50 per month. Then if you want email you pay an additional fee of $10. If you want to use Facebook you pay an additional fee of $10. If you want to stream videos from youtube or Netflix you pay an additional fee... So you see how it works. You will be paying more. If your provider doesn't charge you for Netflix, they will charge Netflix who in turn will raise you subscription fee. If your provider doesn't charge you for email, they will charge your email provider who in turn will charge you for what was once free, or they will make you watch a commercial before you read your email. So either way we the people will be paying more.

Like nstoolman1, I grew up without the net and could survive without it. As far as Encyclopedia Britannica I don't think they print those anymore... LOL

They charge a lot of those fee already.

Fee for this a fee for that.  Simple solution, don't be their slave, hit them where it hurts, their pockets.

Control can be more harmful than good.  I'm going to have to agree with Muleslayer, free market.

I pay $50 a month for internet... I don't pay extra for email, youtube, facebook or any other websites I visit. I choose not to pay for Netflix or other subscription services. How would you feel if you had to pay to visit DV?
