That is no lie. From Jersey originally and lived in Alabama for 4 years. When snow or ice Storm was predicted schools would close. Rule one, stay off the roads. These people have no idea how to drive. Rule two, stay away from Wal-Mart. Just the word of storm and people would be in there loading up.  Rule three, stay away from Wal-Mart in general, gets scary at times in there.

Thanks Yota/Butifldrm....There has to be a point where these world bankers talking about reviving Iraq's economy...have to discuss the true value of the dinar,  where it was on a one deminsional economy before the sanctions....and now...where it's heading with a new private sector with the entire world supporting Iraq's every move...The Iraqi people have endured enough in the last quarter century...They've paid their dues for a mad-man and it's only fair to return their sovereign currency to its true worth...

Baghdad News -

The Paris Climate Summit, held under the theme "one planet summit", was held yesterday, with the participation of more than 50 heads of state and government, including Arab states, 12 commitments representing a road map that should contribute to finding public and private funding to combat climate change, especially in developing countries.

"Two years after the signing of the Paris Climate Agreement, there are two years after the signing of the Paris Climate Agreement," said Emanuel Machron, president of France and the International Monetary Fund in Bologna. Who expressed his desire to withdraw, "in reference to the United States. He also pointed out that «things did not progress quickly enough».

He explained that his talk about the loss of the battle is "realistic." He pointed out that "countries participating today in the summit are threatened with extinction within the next decade or two, if the required efforts are not implemented."

He stressed that "the various commitments taken during the summit will be followed up to verify their application, and to determine the extent of adherence to the need to change our societies and economies and not to succumb to the negative effects of climate change."

McCron was keen to hold this summit, which comes after the third climatic summit held recently in Bonn (Germany), to activate the implementation of the Paris agreement climate, which has been signed for two years, despite the announcement of the United States to withdraw from them and to mobilize more at the European level to move forward In its application.

The projects are aimed at establishing an alliance between international officials and the productive and financial sectors to demonstrate the viability of collective action in tackling climate change.

These projects identify ways to finance adapting our lifestyles to the demands of reducing greenhouse emissions, and mainstreaming climate issues into international financial activities.

UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterich said at the opening of the summit that "it is necessary to bridge the gap in the fight against climate change between developed and developing countries." He stressed "the importance of verifying the securing of $ 100 billion annually by 2020, when the climate agreement comes into force to help developing countries meet their commitments to climate change." He pointed out that governments alone "are not able to achieve this task, and the participation of private capital is a key part of the solution."

"Promised funding is only a water point compared to the actual needs of about $ 6 billion a year, including $ 4,000 to meet the needs of developing countries," said officials from environmental NGOs.

They regret that only 17 percent of France's taxes on operations in the international financial market go to developing countries and that European countries do not adopt a tax similar to that of France, despite years of negotiations.

Thousands of international environmental and financial organizations, including representatives of American organizations and bodies opposed to President Donald Trump's decision, have withdrawn from the Paris Climate Accord.

The afternoon session, attended by heads of state and government after receiving the invitation of Macaron to a luncheon held at the Elysee Palace, preceded morning working sessions that tackled various aspects of climate change financing.
