Prime Minister Haider Abadi met with French President Emmanuel Macaron on a visit to Paris to attend the climate conference.

The prime minister flew to France on Monday, heading a government delegation. On the sidelines of the summit, Abadi will hold a number of meetings with officials of the participating countries, according to a statement obtained by Al-Mada.

Iraq is likely to present its vision in this area and the document it presented so as not to affect its economically and environmentally important sectors, which have a direct impact on the lives of citizens and the food and water security of Iraq and the sectors of water, agriculture, health, energy and other sectors.
