Wow, just, WOW.....

After getting into this investment around 2007 I've read countless articles over the years of country after country loaning (throwing) billions of currency at Iraq.

It's absolutely staggering to me and simply cannot get my head around how much money the world has given to them. Does anyone have even a rough idea of how much money has been

thrown into Iraq over the last 12 years? As in loans from every entity including forgiven debt?

Reconstruction from Switzerland to Kuwait and finally Iraq

Essam Mahaoueli

Switzerland occasionally hosts some leaders and leaders of the world at the Davos Economic Forum to discuss global economic issues, in fact more like the award-winning Oscars and the distribution of new economic roles.

The meetings are the attempts to control the global economic situation, but in fact the purpose of the presence is the division of contracts and investments for the purpose of operation and the conclusion of deals and tenders after the determination of wages and the distribution of areas of implementation and work to ensure the sustainability of the activity of giant companies, it is unreasonable to meet and meet people to a place they do not have Benefits.
Iraq went to the Davos forum, and has the legitimate aims of searching for international possibilities for reconstruction and finding companies that will carry out this task, all of this is a legitimate and inevitable endeavor, especially after Iraq actually began to overcome the barrier of war against terrorism and beyond the manifestations and cases of corruption that hit In the country for years.
The provinces of Dohuk, Sulaymaniyah and Erbil are supposed to receive the other provinces under a central government plan. However, the presence of the prime minister at the time represents a representation for all of Iraq because it speaks for Iraqis throughout the country. .
The head of the Iraqi delegation, represented by Prime Minister Dr. Haidar Al-Abbadi, representatives of some companies to discuss their potential in the implementation of construction projects and invited them to attend a gathering on the same subject, but in Kuwait for the purpose of researching the possibilities of sharing projects and conclude contracts.
The Kuwait Conference for the Reconstruction of Iraq was held in mid-February and most likely the reason for its convening there is because investors are concerned about the security situation. This concern still dominates the minds of both international and Arab companies. The meeting, which could have been held in Baghdad or in any other Iraqi province that enjoys security.
The Kuwait meeting came out with positive results, despite the fact that the amounts of loans over the amounts of grants allocated to the reconstruction of the provinces that have been badly affected by terrorism and what is required at this stage to intensify efforts and focus on making the ages are local investments implemented by private sector companies that have a good reputation obtained through The success of the implementation of various projects inside Iraq, in addition to the formation of a government committee to implement the decisions of the conference (not to involve the private sector) for the purpose of taking important decisions and have broad powers in terms of approvals to contract on important matters such as exchange, Financial Hoilat control and the adoption of a few routine methods in decision-making.
It is also necessary to replace the tax amounts owed by these companies by giving them the opportunity to rebuild and restore their national sense by participating in the implementation of reconstruction projects in cities destroyed by terrorism, thus enhancing the social and humanitarian role of these companies.
