but what really caught my eye is the last part of that statement...

"in light of the free exchange arrangements or floating"...

that to me speaks VOLUMES...

For his part, in a separate statement, the popular crowd announced the start of the first phase of "extensive operations to liberate the desert of Salah al-Din, Nineveh and Anbar, up to the Syrian border."

The operations in which the "Popular Popular Forces, Iraqi Army Divisions and Federal Police support system" rel="">support the Army" took place, the statement said.

Last week, Iraqi forces recaptured Rawa, the last town in the country that had been under da'wah. Today, the valleys, islands, deserts and valleys, which make up 4 percent of Iraq's territory, are still harboring remnants of the organization.

  As a result, Iraqi forces have been attacking since October 17, 2016, against the strongholds of Daqash, from Mosul, which took nine months of bloody fighting, to Tal Afar and Hawija to the north, to Anbar in the west of the country.

A source close to Prime Minister Haidar al-Abadi said on Friday that the government is preparing for a final victory statement and that the terrorist organization in Iraq will end.
