Minister of Justice Haidar Zamili, on Tuesday, to the Egyptian capital Cairo to attend the meeting of the Council of Arab Ministers of Justice for its 33rd session and the meeting of the Executive Office in its 61st session.

During his meeting with the Jordanian counterpart, Dr. Awad Abu Jarad Al-Mashqaba, on Tuesday, the Egyptian Minister of Justice held a meeting in Cairo on the sidelines of the 33nd Arab Ministers of Justice meeting, which is scheduled to begin tomorrow. Justice Minister Haider Zamili, Iraq's representative, will participate in the meetings of the Executive Office of the Council of Arab Ministers of Justice.

it began on Thursday, the opening of the 33rd session of the Council of Arab Ministers of Justice at the headquarters of the General Secretariat of the Arab League, headed by Justice Minister Haider al - Zamili, and the participation of Arab ministers and representatives of Arab and international organizations.
"The new session of the council will discuss an item that includes ways to strengthen Arab and international cooperation in the legal and judicial fields and to activate the Arab judicial conventions related to combating terrorism in particular," the Justice Ministry said in a statement. 
"The participants will discuss the draft resolutions submitted by the 61st meeting of the Executive Office of the Council of Arab Ministers of Justice regarding the establishment of a network of Arab judicial cooperation in the field of combating terrorism and organized crime and the dissemination of the draft Arab guiding law on the assistance of victims of terrorist acts to ministries of justice. And the establishment of a committee of all these bodies to review the draft law, in addition to the item on the promotion of national legislation to combat financial corruption and money laundering.
The statement added that "the work of the 33rd session of the Council of Arab Ministers of Justice began on Thursday at the headquarters of the General Secretariat of the League of Arab States, headed by Zamili, and the delegation accompanying him by the agent Hussein Zuhairi and Kamel Amin and the participation of Arab ministers and representatives of Arab and international organizations," asserting that "Zamili Will hand over the Presidency of the Council for the current session to his UAE counterpart Sultan Saeed Al-Badi. "
