" 2018 a decisive year for Iraq’s strategic efforts to sustain economic progress and develop new financing opportunities." Agreed . . . this opening statement, as well as the " Welcoming " article itself is a Heavily Loaded Global Investment Invite. IMO, this is a most IMPRESSIVE Mission Statement. " Long-awaited structural and administrative reforms have now been implemented, revealing the immense investment potential in an economy poised for expansion." Up 'til now, I've been very hesitant ( considering all the rabbit holes we've been lead down into over the years ), to allow myself to become excited even with ALL the recent " Good News " - THIS, however, appears to speak volumes as to the Sincerity and Conviction ( never thought I would say that ) Iraq needs to show the world they're SERIOUS ! This is exactly the kind of we've been waiting for ! This is HUGE Boys & Girls ! ! ! ! Preparing for numerous Back Flips of uncontrollable excitations in my Fruit of the Looms !
