Corruption is unacceptable in all its forms and manifestations, but at the same time there are degrees and levels of corruption determined by the extent of the severity of the criminal act and the degree of its negative impact on society, institutions, people and reputation of the country.

The crime of money-laundering is one of the worst crimes committed because of its negative effects on the economy and reputation of the country, as well as the relationship of the crime of money-laundering to terrorism because money-laundering is the main source of financing terrorism. Terrorism.

One of the biggest dollar smugglers in Iraq accused of money laundering is Hassan Nasser.

Who is Hassan Nasser?

He is Hassan Nasir Jaafar and is known as Abu Rami. He is the chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bank of Iraq and Sama Baghdad and the Arab Ministers who became banks after they were regular banking offices.

The sources revealed in a press statement that 'Hassan Nasser Jaafar is one of the biggest smugglers of the dollar and more traders to buy him at the auction of currency', noting that 'Jafar bought a long time ago 40% of United Bank shares of his friend Fadel Dabbas'.

The source said that 'Jaafar and after buying this bank now owns 4 banks', pointing out that' this person and before 2003 was working smuggler between Iraq and Oman as a driver and does not have a certificate, while his father was a clothing dealer in the eastern door of Baghdad.

He explained that 'is the most person who smuggled and buy the dollar from the Central Bank auction through forged bills and money laundering', wondering about 'the government's reform measures of this person'.

How did the Jordanian authorities close one of Hassan Nasser's banking offices?

As mentioned above, Abu Rami owns the Baghdad Exchange Company, which is headquartered in the Jordanian capital of Amman, where it is considered one of the largest companies involved in the money laundering operations.

An official source revealed that 'the subject of this suspicious company and the activity of its owner was discussed in many locations at an earlier time.' He pointed out that 'the Central Bank of Jordan has put its hand on the records and equipment of this company and was sealed with red wax in a positive step, Criminal activities of this company and its owner and referral to the judiciary '.

Criminal and moral corruption

"Hassan Nasser is involved in a lot of criminal and immoral acts, and he has been negligent in his actions and bypassing all the red lines," said one of Nasser's close associates, who declined to be named. "Baghdad Exchange is one of its criminal acts, and there are many others."

He added that 'Nasser has registered hundreds of commercial companies that do not have any headquarters or employees, in order to carry out his crimes in money laundering', adding that 'managed to open accounts for these companies in several banks, and was able to obtain thousands of certificates of origin from one of the rooms Commercial transactions outside of Amman for millions of dollars without these certificates of origin any basis'.

He pointed out that 'Nasser recruited and bribed bank employees for illegal cooperation with him and sabotage the economy of the country', pointing out that 'the employee (RNN) is one of those corrupt female employees who wanted to sell him her conscience and honor and became his client and his mistress the same Time '.

He added that 'Nasser was seduced by money and relations (illegal), which was taking place in one of the red suites located on the upper floors in the building of the Baghdad Exchange Company,' adding that 'his relationship with this employee is done in all details with knowledge and with the consent of her husband called (NN) , And this in itself is considered a crime of bribery and theft of confidential banking information and fraud and damage to banks and deal with external parties to damage the national economy in addition to the crime of adultery '.

He pointed out that Nasser had given his white ring car to a businessman to help him close his dirty files open to government agencies. He said that he was engaged in the activity of an Iraqi exchange company that is not licensed to work in Jordan. , Where this company was engaged in money laundering in a large and extensive in Jordan and was the headquarters of this company on one of the floors of Baghdad Exchange Company '.

He explained that 'Hassan Nasser Jaafar has prevented the entry of staff of the Central Bank when they were conducting a periodic inspection of Baghdad Exchange Company, from entering a secret floors that were skeptical about the presence of staff and work is not licensed', stressing that 'this floor is the activity of the company Sama Baghdad Exchange During which money laundering was practiced in a large and wide manner.

His testimony

Hassan Nasir holds a university degree from a branch of a foreign university in Amman, where he received a bachelor's degree in business administration in one month only through correspondence between the university branch in Amman and the mother university. These correspondence was officially made for paying hundreds of thousands of dollars to some weak souls , Where this certificate is necessary for him to obtain the post of Chairman of the Board of Directors of a bank owned in Iraq named Bank (across Iraq).

These criminal acts are the tip of the iceberg. Do not be surprised by the fact that this average person, who does not have anything in 2006, has become nothing more than the biggest mafia in the country with more than $ 400 million and several exchange companies in Jordan, Iraq and several banks in Iraq. The value of which does not exceed (6000) dollars to a fleet of luxury cars, the last car of his son, which exceeded the price of (800) thousand dollars, which cost only the number of this car (70) thousand dollars because the number of this car is the same date of birth of his son, 24).

When the Baghdad Exchange Company was shut down by red wax, Hasan Nasser Jafar said to everyone that he would open it despite everyone's nose, whoever is at any cost and whatever it costs.

He appealed to traders and economists to the Iraqi and Jordanian security forces to stop this criminal in his own right and prevent travel to avoid the escape and the imposition of the maximum penalties to be an example of others to overcome the law and the country and looting the people's money

The giant of corruption in Iraq, who conducted the largest robbery deals with suspicious personalities close to Abadi to rid him of accountability (know him)

Baghdad News -

Due to the auction of currency, the capital of Huda bank to his owner Hamad al-Musawi in six years to dozens of times since its establishment in 2007 with a capital of 25 billion dinars, because of the auction of currency in the Central Bank of Iraq.

Hamad al-Moussawi, the giant corrupt in Iraq, who carried out the largest theft of the history of Iraq, which amounted to about six and a half billion dollars, which turned it to his account outside Iraq.

According to official documents that were disclosed, Hamad al-Musawi bought the dollar from the Central Bank with forged documents and turned it to a company that owns and acts fully.

A source close to al-Moussawi said that "the latter and some owners of private banks suspicious, in the case of warning and high readiness, and some began trying to make deals with figures close to Prime Minister Haider Abadi, as some relied on his relationship with the Governor of the Central Bank Ali Alalak, Pointing out that they 'believe that this will save them from the fight against corruption carried out by Abadi'.

The source asked, 'Does Abadi issue an international arrest warrant and bring the fugitive Hamad al-Moussawi and his clans because of the billions of dollars in remittances and the falsification of thirty companies and according to the register of companies in the Ministry of Commerce?'

For his part, said the Chairman of the Security and Defense Committee in the Parliament Governor Zamili that 'Hamad al-Moussawi has many files in which corruption is clear', pointing out that 'there cover him from some quarters in the previous and current parliament as well as in the government'.

And Hamd al-Moussawi is a person whose name is often referred to as corrupt files of buying and selling currency, and this character is transformed by fraud and by silence on its corruption to billionaire tug until he moves some of the political threads in a mutual relationship with Aradat who is always keen to protect him and clean up the left behind traces.

"He bought a record of two dead from a cemetery in Baghdad from Devan to his conscience, and used the names of the dead on the currency purchase bills," the Integrity Commission said.

Despite the clarity and knowledge of the banks suspected of the policy of managing and disposing of deposits of customers such as Huda Bank, but it is still in the auction, where it is ostensibly far but still exists.

"Informed sources said that 'Hamad al-Musawi is briefed almost daily on the secrets of the Central Bank and its instructions,' explaining that 'some officials in the bank are leaking to the owner of the bank Huda Hamad al-Musawi'.

The document from the Central Bank of Iraq Office of Reporting on Money Laundering Audit and Investigation Department Issue No: 2 dated 7/4/2015 to the Presidency of the Public Prosecution - Prosecutor's Office The Office noted through the analysis of data and information the existence of internal transfers from Rafidain Bank through the payment system to strengthen Bank of Al-Huda's balance to participate in the window of sale and purchase of foreign currency in the current account with the Central Bank of Iraq, where the transfers amounted to 1,543,212 trillion five hundred and forty-three billion and two hundred and twelve million dinars for the period from 2/2/2014 to 20/6/2014 with the offer that the volume of remittances Implemented for the period Gaze up to 1.8022 (one billion, eight hundred and two million) has been taking a number of measures and steps of the Anti - Money Laundering Law No. 93 of 2004 , OIOS was unable to obtain any clear explanation on the sources and the integrity of the money point converted.

Moussaoui's history is well known to those close to him. He sold frozen chicken in Jamila, a respected and profitable profession, but he has become capable of owning $ 500 million in a few years through remittances.

The talk about corruption in Iraq may be long, but talking about thief Hamad al-Musawi and what he did in the currency auction has no end. In Iraq, there is no voice over the voice of corruption, and there is no word more popular among Iraqis, International and local documents, to awaken Iraqis who are fed up with murder, displacement and poverty, the largest systematic corruption in history, and of course the simple citizen and no one else pays the bill in the end.

An official in the government's Supreme Anti-Corruption Committee said on Wednesday that the government's campaign against corruption targeted key files, most notably the recovery of money smuggled out of the country during the past years and estimated at about $ 100 billion, as well as 250 others disappeared through the troubled projects .

Why do they dispute Abadi ..? !!

 Thursday, 14 December 2017

Three years have passed since the age of the Abbadi government, which was formed by a difficult struggle after the author of the theory of "What We Want" refused to give up power. The second of the owners was the worst in the history of contemporary Iraq and will remain cursed with all its details and memories ... !!

These years produced armies of users, who controlled the people's necks, and those years gave rise to layers of those who guessed the public funds and the forbidden sanctity. This period produced families of the rich rich who invaded all governmental institutions and looted the explosive budgets throughout the years preceding the occupation of Mosul.

Those who have had a file in stealing the funds of the Red Crescent Society (Al-Karbouli) became close to the former prime minister after he closed the files of his corruption, and he has a criminal file of murder and the instrument, He became a friendly friend of the leader after he closed his file completely and became the leader of the fishermen ... !! The worse is that some Baathists have turned into red lines or "crown heads" who are not overly sectarian. They start sharing Iraq's cake theories, or seven in seven, and other theories that only the simple ones have accepted.

The man who was an oil salesman and then turned into personal facilities in the prime minister's office before plundering the wealth of the country to become the leader of the bisharim and two parliamentarians. We will leave his rule to the people, who knows his story and how he turned from personal protections to parliamentarian.

We do not want to go into names or names, but the people know this but we have to stand at one point: why are some of them debating Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, although he succeeded in all measures in leading the Iraqi ship and going to safety for the past years.

And if you know why the hero of wonder ...? !!

Those who argue with Abadi or do not want to recognize his success in the leadership of Abbalad, a class of politicians who looted the country's wealth and stole his previous budgets, are trying to manipulate the votes of the people again.

There are those who have been displaced to form a political bloc called "will". People aspire to get greatness and like a dog that bear it gurgles or leave it to run .. !!

The success of Abadi in the political and security fields and his leadership of the security forces and the crowd to achieve victory, did not appeal to many dreamers of the third mandate, this fragmentation of sectarian puppets, which promote the propagation of a culture of hatred, was defeated, and Walt Aldber when it entered the feet of terrorism to Mosul, Politicians when they arrived hordes urging Abu Ghraib ... !!

In the middle of the political spectrum, mercenaries, many of them voted cheaply, but were shocked and could not believe a single fact that Abadi succeeded, especially after the hordes of our troops reached the Syrian border to fill the page forever.

They were betting on failure, just as they were failed .. !!

I think they are fighting Abu Yusr because he is a leader of success, while they were soldiers to the commander of failure, they fight him because he is clean heart and bed, and his hands are not stained with the money of Iraqis, while he and their entourage Mughlin stealing public money ..

Because he did not appoint any of his relatives in his office and works silently and quietly and does not want to bring his relatives to Parliament as deputies in the manner of what their leader did,

Yes, they are arguing with him because he is the world leader, as the French president called it. They are the dwarfs of failure and relapse.

They dispute him because they know that "Abu Yusr" closed the door of their corruption and "tamed" their shame in Mosul, they dispute him because they know that they will ask: Where do you get this ..? !!

How great you are victorious leader and applause of the French in the Palace of Eliseh is only a witness of history .. !!

I am sure that all the losers will dispute Abadi once he announces his next electoral project, and that will be the tax of success .. !!

Iraq .. Hundreds of protesters protest against "corruption" and demanding Sistani issued a fatwa to fight the corrupt

oooooooooooooooo

BAGHDAD (Reuters) - Hundreds of demonstrators on Saturday called on Iraq's top Shiite cleric, Ali al-Sistani, to issue a "fatwa to fight corruption and hold corrupt officials accountable".

Hundreds of people rallied in the holy city of Najaf and raised signs reading "Where have billions of dollars gone, officials?" While others echoed slogans calling for al-Sistani to issue a fatwa to fight corruption, like a fatwa against the terrorist organization.

Sistani issued a fatwa in June 2014 calling on those capable of carrying arms to volunteer in the ranks of the security forces, after the control of "Da'ash" on the city of Mosul and large areas of Iraqi territory.

"The Iraqis have been living in dire straits for many years because of the poor public services, despite the huge amounts of money flowing from the sale of oil," said one of the protesters, 46-year-old Daham Abdul Hussein.

"Where do these funds go," Abdul Hussein said, adding that "people are fed up with false promises to fight corruption."

The population continues to complain about a lack of public services such as electricity, drinking water, health services and others.

Over the past years, the Iraqi judiciary has handed down various prison sentences to prominent officials of successive governments in Iraq after 2003, including ministers, and until today the Iraqi authorities have not been able to receive them from th

the Iraqi parliament

Iraqi ministers are involved in corruption and embezzlement of state funds, a State of Law Coalition MP Aliya Nassif revealed Monday.

In a statement, Nassif said if the stolen money were recovered, it would be used to rehabilitate cities and plug state budget deficit.

Many grilling requests have been submitted to the parliament as the country adopts a strategy for fighting financial and administrative corruption, she noted.

The MP said that lack of quorum shall not be a reason to cancel the oversight role of the parliament, adding that it is an exclusive role in addition to its legislative role.

Nassif also called on Parliament’s Speaker Salim al-Jabouri not to cancel the oversight role of the parliament on the grounds that parliamentary elections are drawing near.

The approaching date of the elections shall not encourage inaction in fighting corruption.

That is why all questioning sessions have to be held in accordance with the schedule set out by the parliament speaker, she added.

On Wednesday, Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi issued an initial list of officials who have been convicted of corruption charges.
