I still need to see the Front End of this, which is them UN meeting with Kuwait and Iraq. It will not releive them of the payment but goes along way to release them. My guess is, if Kuwait is good with it then the UN will honor the deal. FOX stated this was an unannounced stop on his ME trip. They had had earlier this morning stated he was going to Afghanistan.
