Interesting Occurrence and Interesting Timing.

The article states the CBI Governor gave a "detailed explanation" on the "CBI's fight against money laundering" and "terrorism financing". Sounds like some form of "confirmation" that Iraq has handled and is handling their business properly.

I wonder if this is a fulfillment of some type of Iraqi requirement for the removal of Iraqi sanctions, the prevention of future restrictions on Iraq, and/or the "graduation" to a higher level of Iraqi autonomy and Sovereign State. The meeting seemed to be VERY important!

Go Moola Nova!

Thanks Yota...This sounds like an overview of the previous meeting where the UN gave Iraq and 'A' for effort...but in summary stated Iraq needed to address money laundering and the terrorist issue with ISIS...The review states Iraq has done an exceptional job in both areas...But there are no discrepancies listed this time in the UN'S summary...Maybe the reason this visit was so historical is because something historical is about to occur...
