On Wednesday, before the start of the session, the House of Representatives will hold a grand celebration marking the 12th anniversary of the referendum on the Iraqi constitution. 

The inaugural campaign for the grand ceremony, which will take place on October 18-10, begins today in the council building. 
In parallel, two celebrations will be held on the same occasion at the University of Baghdad and another at the Baghdad International Fair.
