What if Maliki did not become prime minister?

It is known that history has white pages and other black pages record all the history of the peoples of the events and people whether their impact negatively or positively on the lives of these peoples, and certainly history will separate many pages of it to talk about Nuri al-Maliki and its impact on the course of events in Iraq after the millennium Three ...

The question is: If this man did not embark on the political process in Iraq, would the events have led to what happened to them now, or would they have gone in a different direction away from their current course?

Maliki was lying on Iraq's chest at a time when Iraqis were trying to build a modern democratic state after they emerged from a brutal dictatorship for decades. In the absence of time, Nuri jumped to power. He lacked enough political experience to run a complex country like Iraq. He came to power, full of ideological and personal contracts that led him to become a rider through which regional agendas could be implemented. Iraq turned into a square Sunni-Shiite sectarian conflict. The Iraqi society and political parties are preoccupied with this futile struggle, while emptying the Iraqi treasury through the years of its rule through suspicious contracts in the field of oil and armaments through companies and brokers and an international mafia entered with it in corrupt deals estimated at 750 billion dollars, He managed to smuggle $ 138 billion in funds out of Iraq through close companies and intermediaries. The arms deal signed in Russia and Jake was one of the most corrupt deals by the two countries' officials.

Despite the formation of committees to follow up, but these committees did not give any results for their investigations, and according to specialists, this money is enough to build four countries the size of Iraq. It is enough to know that the International Transparency Committee has classified Iraq under Maliki, among the four most corrupt countries in the world.

As for the political aspect, Maliki has fallen to the Iranian agendas in a significant way deliberately distorting Iraq's relations with its Arab environment in full, and creating conditions internally to ignite a national-sectarian war. The relations of the Center with Kurdistan were early and a major economic war was waged against Kurdistan. A simple Kurdish citizen, which prompted Kurdistan to look for other options away from the Iraqi state. He also exploited some of the lapses of some Sunni Arab politicians to be expelled outside Iraq or arrested on charges of terrorism or corruption, and then hit the Sunni cities and gave way to the Al-Qaeda gangs and spoke to tamper with them, and then facilitated directly the wave of mass escape of leaders calling from Iraqi prisons, Appropriate for the occupation of the Sunni cities by a preacher, and investigations indicate his involvement in the direct occupation of a third of Iraq,

After the stirring up of the Sunni-Shiite conflict in Iraq and its fascination with the Sunni Arabs and their dispersion and the destruction of their regions, the slaughterer is appearing again today to implement other agendas this time by igniting a Kurdish-Arab nationalist conflict, exploiting the referendum crisis that took place between Kurdistan and Iraq to turn the Arab street against the Kurds. Of course, it exploits the simplicity of the Arab street in its view of Israel as an enemy and thus demonizing any project that is said to support it, and thus it is trying to mobilize a certain segment of the Iraqi street who combine the sense of sectarian sense Arab nationalist. Thus, he proves to his regional masters that he is better than applying their approaches to their imports in Iraq and thus he is trying to gain regional support and support the Iraqi street to enter the next elections a strong opponent to Abadi, assisted by his strong network of relations inside Iraq and the political money that harnesses this field.

We return to our question, which we began the article and say ... If Maliki did not fly on the political process, would we witness these events that passed through Iraq? Would the end be in this tragic form of this state?

Was financial and administrative corruption so widespread that it became a general phenomenon in Iraq?

Would the treasury be emptied like this and Iraq would become a debtor for international banks?

Would the sectarian war have been so powerful?

Would the Sunni region be completely destroyed as we see it today?

Would sectarian hatred be like this among the sons of one state?

Would the Kurds have gone to the option of independence as they did today?

Would Iraq be subjected to two different occupations in their agendas, such as the American and Iranian occupation?

And finally we wonder after all this political performance of the abhorrent and poisoned and all the destruction caused by al-Maliki, will the Iraqi street be fooled by this person and appoint him prime minister again in the next elections?

Pretty sure that only Maliki was the only idiot stupid enough to think no one would ever be the wiser if he stole the country blind, or dumb enough to think he could actually hang around and never get tried by his country for his crimes against humanity.... and he will be tried and hung, as he should be... him and his son!

Thanks DT...Maliki's days are definitely numbered...With the extent of Maliki's networking in different criminal activities...There's probably a vast amount of leads to gain by allowing Maliki to function on a relatively normal agenda...We know the ICC have active indictments filed against Maliki already and that rope alone needs to have the slack pulled out of it that's attached around Maliki's neck...

Perhaps IrN will even throw him under the bus because of his inept style of not ever thinking things through before he leaps. He is an embarrassment to Iran, as well as Iraq. Constantly puts his foot in his mouth with out any one there to tell him what to say and when to say it!

Great article THUG. The WORLD knows the answers, yet there he is STILL creating mayhem and misery for Iraq citizens. So that leads to the question: had Abadi and courts addressed Maliki's destruction of Iraq immediately after he was dethroned as PM, where would they be now?? I like to walk, A LOT. Yet, when I get a rock in my shoe I stop immediately and remove it as the pain and blisters that it will cause have both short term and long term affect on my health goals. Iraq apparently has NOT grasped that concept. Look at Maliki and group effect on Parliament. They haven't done much in almost 4 years with Abadi as PM. Yet Maliki wanders from country to country, with security and privileges, as if he were still PM. The USA shares the blame too, as they supported Maliki. And of course a weak Obama backed him too. Pathetic situation.

Thanks Thugs for the trip down memory lane. Maliki will never be brought to

justice. Think about all the people involved that helped him do all these bad things.

Even the ministers that are convicted of stealing are notified ahead of the arrest warrant

and given the chance to leave. Maliki knows what he's doing and has all the help he needs

from Iran.

Vigilante Justice might have to come from the hands of some irate Iraqi citizens who are fed up with his outrageous crimes. There have been plenty of creative ideas here on this site ... 😁
