yota691
Maliki calls on neighboring countries to besiege the government of Kurdistan Twilight News 3 hours ago The Vice-President of the Republic and the leader of a coalition of state law, Nuri al-Maliki on Sunday, the Iraqi neighboring countries to besiege the government and President of the Kurdistan Region against the backdrop of the referendum on independence. This came in a statement to Maliki, close to Iran, which considers that the referendum independence affects negatively on Iran, "the center of Shiism in the world," as he put it. Maliki said that "the solid and clear positions of the Supreme Religious Reference, and the firm positions of the House of Representatives and political forces, which felt fear and concern for the future of Iraq had a significant impact in the fall of the dangerous division of foreign-backed division aimed at fragmentation of Iraq and the region." Maliki's position is in line with Iran's position that the referendum is "an American-Israeli conspiracy." According to al-Maliki in his statement, "the government's response and take clear positions in rejecting the referendum and its results, as well as the positions of the Kurdish people rejecting the referendum and their desire to remain within Iraq as partners with the rest of their brothers was a factor of pressure on the advocates of the referendum." This comes despite the fact that 92 percent of the voters voted for independence in the referendum held on Monday. Maliki also stressed in his statement, "to call on neighboring countries to perpetuate the siege of the territorial government to end the existence of a government has lost legitimacy with the President of the Territory of more than two years." Maliki has been prime minister for eight years before the current session and faces widespread accusations of sectarian policies that have caused many problems in Iraq, topped by an invasion that calls for a third of Iraq's territory.
yota691
Maliki: Government and President of the Kurdistan region have lost legitimacy two years ago From 2017-10-01 at 18:03 (Baghdad time) Baghdad - Mawazine News The Vice President of the Republic Nuri al-Maliki, on Sunday, that the Kurdistan Regional Government and the outgoing president Massoud Barzani, have lost legitimacy two years ago, while called on neighboring countries to perpetuate their siege to end their presence. In a statement received by Mawazine News, Maliki said that "the dangerous adventure of partition supported by the outside with the aim of fragmenting Iraq and the region has fallen," pointing out that "the solid and clear positions of the Supreme Religious Reference, and the firm positions of the House of Representatives and political forces, The future of Iraq had a significant impact in the failure of this scheme. " He stressed that "the government's response and take clear positions in rejecting the referendum and its results, as well as the positions of the Kurdish people rejecting the referendum and their keenness to remain within Iraq as partners with the rest of their brothers, was a pressure factor on the advocates of the referendum, calling" to work by all means to prevent the outbreak of fighting with the Kurdish people And to drop the attempt to blow up the military conflict to cover up the failure of the leadership of the region. " "We also call for the protection of the innocent Kurdish people from the plot of division of the results of the comprehensive boycott because Massoud Barzani will suffer from the suffering of the Kurdish people as a pretext and a bridge to cross and escape the fate of the inevitable inevitable as Saddam worked to increase the suffering of the Iraqi people during the siege to draw the sympathy of States and the United Nations And human rights organizations, but failed in spite of what hit the Iraqi people, "calling at the same time to" welcome the return of deputies and employees who reject the plot Barzani, who registered a high opposition during the vote on the referendum. " He called on the neighboring countries to "perpetuate the siege of the provincial government to end the existence of a government that has lost legitimacy with the president of the region for more than two years."

blueskyline
He's trying desperately to gather support for a cause that he hopes can lead all the way to the Presidency. No one at this time seems to be motivated to follow him . It's got to be close to his last chance . It's going to make him look very bad if the majority of Iraq pays him no mind with no ferver. Whatever else he might have instore ? The citizens may have no support for him then either. After that he is going down.
