The Parliamentary Speaker Calls On The Parliament To Include The Laws That The Kurds Have Forbidden To Pass !

Finally someone called the Kurds out on their shenanigans.  As it has been said before they just need to vote on the laws no matter who doesn't show up.  And Bizarro along with Milarky need to get out of our way.  Abadi needs to get the integrity commission to file the charges on these two and the process rolling on getting the monies back and the ropes prepared.

Now we have Barzani and Abadi accepting the invitation from French president to talk about actual crisis.

Like a said before. everything will be settled, important laws will be enacted and Iraq is going  to continue moving forward to a market economy with an international recognize currency with more value.

Go Iraq United

Go important laws

Go market economy

Go $1:1

Speech of the Prime Minister Dr. Haider Abadi on the occasion of Ashura

222.jpg.jpeg

01/10/2017 12:00 am
BAGHDAD - Following the morning

In the name of of Allah the Merciful

(And we want to fall on those who were weakened in the land and make them imams and make them the heirs, and let them in the land and see Pharaoh and Haman and their soldiers of them what they were warning)

In these days of immortal history, Imam Hussein Bin Ali stood by them and stood in the face of injustice and tyranny. He said the word of truth and proved it by himself until he testified with a constellation of his family and companions, may God be pleased with them.

By this great anniversary, I greet the millions of our people who are performing their rituals in the various provinces, safe from the protection of the spare parts of our security forces who protect citizens and fight terrorism.

The memory of Ashura falls on us this year, and our people are reaping the fruits of their patience, precious sacrifices and legendary defense of the homeland, land and sanctities and adherence to the lofty principles which they defended and martyred in their path.
, And coincides with our great victories in the liberation processes we have undergone during the past three years, which we are going through with the strength, determination and determination to complete with the help of Almighty God Almighty, and the courage of our armed forces of all kinds and formations, and the sacrifices of martyrs and wounded spare parts.

Our Iraqi people have been inspired by the revolution of Imam Hussein and the timeless reality of the child, the meaning of courage, sacrifice, redemption and altruism in defending its land and holy places. Our people have won in unity and together with all its sons. Our fighters have achieved their victorious victories under the banner of one Iraq with their Arabs and Kurds and all the components of our other people. Is a source of strength for all Iraqis in their religious, national and sectarian diversity.

We reaffirm our pride in our Kurdish brothers and our keenness on their interests, security and stability. We will seek to preserve unity and brotherhood so that we can pass together the stage of victory over terrorism. To the stage of building our great country and preserving its security and sovereignty.

We ask God Almighty to grant the martyrs of Iraq His mercy and the wounded for speedy recovery and to grant our people security and safety.

Peace be upon Hussein and the family of Hussein and the owners of Hussein,

and thank Allah the god of everything.

Peace, mercy and blessings of God

There are two versions of the HCL. The first was created and put together in 2007, the US helped craft legislation that allowed the provinces to choose who they worked with, where the oil was drilled for and full transparency including revenue sharing for all the citizens of Iraq. Then Maliki became PM. His team took the original HCL apart and centralized everything, the GOI worked with the oil companies, told them where to drill and offered no transparency. This is the version the Kurd's, Christians, Turkmen and Sunni don't want to pass, they want choices when oil is drilled in their backyards.

If the HCL gets passed anytime soon, it will be Maliki's Shia version that benefits very few people in Iraq, unless you're part of the government and the Shia religion.

Agreed. If they pass it without the Kurds involved it will not be well received and will create even more problems!

That the reason Mr Donald Trump @President of United States of America must send back all people involve building back Constitution and HCL back to Iraq to do conference and supervise back all the vote, passed and implementation process. Even though Mr. Abadi try to do it, its hard to do when Nouri al-Maliki in his way.

I would put money on it the old version would be easy enough to pull up and revert back to, if needed. Then tossing Maliki’s in the trash, along with everything else the little dictator did... oh wait... add Maliki to that list of things to throw away also!!!

The HOR consists of 325 members. The KDP, PUK and Gorran constitute 55 members. That leaves 270 GOI fools to get this done...if they want to...without the Kurds in attendance. What this tells me is that, even without the Kurds, there's no push from the rest of those fat, lazy politicians to do ANYTHING. If you GOOGLE Iraq's HCL you will find plenty of reading to keep you busy. Those fools have been saying GOI will get version to vote on since at least summer 2011. At this point it's still talk, talk, talk. They're a pathetic group.

A lot of calling for the HCL in the past few years and yet they don't budge on it.  Makes me wonder if and when it will finally get passed.

I think this is the perfect time for the Kurds to push the article 140 issue with the GOI. In my opinion right now they are on the outside looking in an if they can get some type of agreement with Kirkuk an article 140 they could maybe slip in the HCL somehow. I know, wishful thinking...
