Can somebody tell GOI its time to vote and implementation for HCL and oil company law before too late......?

I assume the current revenue from HC sales is not amassing but being spent and/or stolen - this would inhibit implementation of HCL and/or make it impossible - what are the forces and budget adjustments that will make this doable?

Not real sure about the numbers, but I think I've seen that the Kurd province produces 12 percent of all Iraqi oil and represent 17 percent of the Iraqi population.

Wouldn't be better for Iraq (and us) if the Kurds cecede?

Ok so they say there are no dumb questions.....can GOI pass laws without the Kurds? Say like the HCL?  Big fan of you Adam! Thank you for taking care of us!

For something that was not supposed to happen, it went forward full speed ahead.  The question is....now what???  For something that was in the strike zone nearly 7 months ago, what zone is the HCL in now??   After this referendum, I suspect it might be the twilight zone.
