tigergorzow
Desperate ISIS transfer funds to Europe ahead of imminent demise September 19 2017 05:50 PM Desperate ISIS transfer funds to Europe ahead of imminent demise ISIS terrorist group has intensified its moves to transfer its funds to European countries, sources told The Baghdad Post on Tuesday. This comes as dozens of ISIS elements fled to the Libyan territory in an attempt to rearrange its ranks after the bitter defeats it received in various Syrian and Iraqi cities. While Bashar Assad's forces, backed by their Russian ally, continue their operations against ISIS, Russian reports have revealed ISIS terrorists began to transfer the deposits it earned via the sale of arms and oil, to European countries. ISIS feels imminent demise The Russian Foreign Ministry revealed Tuesday that ISIS began to transfer funds from the territory under their control to foreign countries, especially Europe. “In the past, we highlighted ISIS raising funds in the territories under their control, but now, the organization, which seems to feel its imminent demise, is beginning to transfer money in the opposite direction, to foreign countries, including Europe,” said Dmitry Feoktistov, Deputy Director of the Department of New Challenges and Threats of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. It seems that the money will be spent to fund dormant cells in Europe to carry out attacks. According to the same source and in order to compensate for their loss of profits from the oil trade in Syria, ISIS is trying to find new sources of income, resorting to operations related to foreign currencies and smuggling of antiquities and drugs. Some estimates indicate that ISIS has lost about 90% of oil wells that they had previously controlled.ISIS Dinar more expensive than gold Moreover, as their resources diminished, ISIS imposed their currency on all the territories under their control, in search for additional sources of funding, according to Dmitry Feoktistov. He added that: “In fact, the organization announced that its golden dinars, silver dirhams and copper coins, are the only currency allowed in public circulation on the territory controlled by them.” The terrorist organization refused to accept payments from the residents made in other currencies, forcing them to convert Syrian pounds and US dollars to ISIS dinars, which are sold at a price higher than the price of gold in the "economic offices" of the organization. The Russian official revealed that ISIS, following this method, has sold more than 100 thousand dinars at a price higher than 180 dollars for one ISIS dinar, leaving them with an income of about $ 18 million, which of course will be spent on the purchase of arms and ammunition.ISIS in Europe According to Western intelligence estimates and a previous study by Spanish research institute, more than 1,500 ISIS terrorists have returned to 12 European. France only received 210 terrorists from combat zones in Iraq and Syria after participating in a series of terrorist attacks in the last two years. In addition to 450 extremists have returned to Britain of a total 850 terrorist who joined ISIS. Germany ranked third in Europe, with 820 joined ISIS, only 280 of them have returned. According to the study, about 300 extremists from Sweden have travelled to Iraq to fight on ISIS side and only 50 of them have returned. Insiders told The Baghdad Post that ISIS terrorists currently are trying to compensate for their losses through the trade in precious metals. Sources also revealed that ISIS seized a phosphate mine and a plant to produce phosphoric acid in Iraq, while in Syria it controlled several cement factories and some other companies. http://www.thebaghdadpost.com/en/story/17144/Desperate-ISIS-transfer-funds-to-Europe-ahead-of-imminent-demise

Flamtap
All in all the number of returning Isis numbers to their countries are bogus and underestimated at best. There are more than they state in this article. It's an attempt to lull the public to sleep. I'm pretty sure these guys and girls of Isis didn't register in the airport on the way back home as Isis fighters. Besides that, I'm pretty sure the money stated in the article is already recouped or they know to whom and where it is earmarked for. Interpol should be waiting at the bank for these individuals. These type of articles are most irritating to me. That being said.... Thanks Tiger....... You're Great.....
Moxie64
They don't state that these people are arrested when they step off the plane either., they know who is who. If this is true no wonder attacks are happening, they should all be sent to Get Mo and then each country should send money to keep it open and NO prisoners to be released either.I still can't believe bambam got away releasing all the terrorists including those hardcore "OLD" terrorists to go somewhere with their walkers and teach all the other terrorists how to plant and grow a garden!! Especially after what has happened over the years to our soldiers and all the others fighting Isis. In fact I believe bambam was behind the scenes to help elect Trump so all the mess in the world will be blamed during his watch! May God watch over all of us so we can stop our enemies in their tracks. for now
