The House of Representatives is scheduled to hold its 17th ordinary session of the first legislative term of the fourth legislative year, with its agenda includes voting on the membership of the Committee on Tribal Disputes in the province of Basra and the candidates of the investigative committee for the kidnapped. 

"The agenda includes completing the vote on the third amendment bill to the law of the provinces that are not organized in the region No. (21) for the year 2008 and voting on the proposal of the law to commemorate the sacrifices of the martyrs of war against the terrorist and accelerate the completion of their transactions and the care of their wounds As well as vote on the draft irrigation law. 

The statement added that the meeting will address the recommendations of the Committee of Civil Society Institutions after hosting the governor of Baghdad and the members of the provincial council, and completion of the first reading of the bill proposal electronic ration card and report and discuss the draft law of the Iraqi National Oil Company.


The statement pointed out that the agenda includes the presentation of a report and discussion of the proposed law of the first amendment to the law of the Ministry of Electricity No. 53 of 2017 and the strategic plan of the Committee on Women, Family and Childhood and the quarterly activity report of the Committee on Agriculture, Water and Marshlands.

On Tuesday, the House of Representatives will hold its 17th ordinary session to vote on five other laws and readings. It will also vote on the membership of the Committee on Tribal Disputes in the Governorates of Basra and on the candidates of the investigative committee for the kidnapped.

"The Council will hold tomorrow, its 17th session of the first legislative term for the fourth legislative year to complete the vote on the draft law of the third amendment to the Law of Governorates not organized in the region No. (21) for the year 2008 ( (The remaining 11 articles), and vote on the proposed law to commemorate the sacrifices of the martyrs of the war against gangs calling for the terrorists and expedite the completion of their transactions and the care of their wounds (Committee of Martyrs, Victims and Political Prisoners).

"The table also includes the vote on the draft irrigation law (Committee on Agriculture, Water and Marshlands) (16 articles), and candidates for membership of the Committee on Tribal Disputes in the province of Basra, in addition to voting on candidates for membership of the investigative committee on the kidnapped.

He added that "the meeting will address the recommendations of the Committee of Civil Society Institutions after hosting the governor of Baghdad and members of the provincial council, and completion of the first reading of the proposed bill electronic ration card (Finance Committee, Service and Reconstruction Committee, the Committee on Economy and Investment) (9 article), and report and discuss the draft law of the oil company Iraqi National Committee (Oil, Energy and Natural Resources Committee) (Article 9) ".    

He pointed out that "the agenda includes the presentation of a report and discussion of the proposed law of the first amendment to the Law of the Ministry of Electricity No. 53 of 2017 (Committee on Oil, Energy and Natural Resources) (Article 2), the Strategic Plan of the Committee on Women, Family and Childhood, "Ending 29 / a 43

The House of Representatives held on Tuesday, its regular session in the absence of 160 deputies, nearly half the number of members of the Council.
The session was chaired by a parliamentary source for the whole of Iraq [where] "Parliament Speaker Salim al-Jubouri in the presence of 168 deputies" out of 328 deputies. 
According to the Parliamentary Information Service, the agenda of today's session includes "completing the vote on the draft amendment of the Third Law of Governorates not organized in the region No. [21] for the year 2008, and the remaining 11 articles, and vote on the proposed law to commemorate the sacrifices of the martyrs of the war against gangs, Their treatment and the great care of their wounds, and the rest of it is also 11 articles. " 
It also includes "voting on the irrigation bill, voting on candidates for membership of the committee of tribal disputes in the province of Basra, and voting on the candidates of the membership of the investigative committee on the kidnapped."
And included on the agenda, "recommendations of the Committee of civil society institutions after hosting the governor of Baghdad and members of the provincial council, and the first reading of the proposed law of electronic ration card, and the presentation of a report and discussion of the draft law of the Iraqi National Oil Company."

On Tuesday, the House of Representatives held its 17th session under the chairmanship of its chairman Salim al-Jubouri.

A parliamentary source told Mawazine News that the council held its regular session before the legislative session of the fourth legislative year under the chairmanship of its chairman Salim al-Jubouri.

The session is scheduled to witness the vote on five laws and reading the other, and will vote on the membership of the Committee on tribal conflicts in the province of Basra, and candidates for membership of the investigative committee on the kidnapped.

The House voted on Tuesday to add a referendum clause to its agenda.

A parliamentary source told Mawazine News that "the Council voted to add the Kurdistan referendum paragraph on the agenda of today's session, to take a decision unconstitutional."

The source added that "this came at the request of 80 deputies."
