We were talking about this last week. We felt like it was house cleaning up of old  business. But what we did not know was, is this the start of doing business with a clean slate for this year with a better rate. No one felt that they the companies had inside info of a rate increase. BUT A LOT OF HMMMMMMMMMMMM.
