"The breach committed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives in the session on the election law, article 134 of the rules of procedure is clear and it turns out that after the completion of the discussion of the article and the proposals submitted amendments, the opinion on these proposals shall be taken as amendments," Zeinab al-Taie told a news conference attended by Al-Ghad Press. Al-Taie said in a press conference held in the parliament building and attended by Alsumaria News that "the President of the House of Representatives committed a clear breach in the parliament session today on the election law," noting that "Article 134 of the rules of procedure is clear and found that after the completion of discussion of the article and proposals amendments submitted On which the opinion is taken on these proposals amendments first, and starts wide range and away from the original text and then take the opinion after the article as a whole.

 
 

Al-Taie added that "there is a dangerous precedent within the Council after the Speaker violated the rules of procedure of Article 134 and repeals all the proposals relating to Article 12 of the electoral law and begins directly with the original text.
