Thanks Yota...As I read this article and compared the fees applied here to the fees I'd be charged...they're within marginal differences...if the '000' are removed from their quotes...

The Council of Ministers decided to deduct 1% of the nominal salary of the employee in favor of the Ministry of Planning as of next month. 

According to a document issued by the Council of Ministers, 1% of the nominal salary of the employee will be deducted for the Ministry of Planning as of next month in return for providing the employee with a unified electronic number to receive his salary through one of the banks approved by the Central Bank. Up to a higher degree, and determine the mechanism of collection of wages electronically controls issued by the Ministry of Finance and the Central Bank of Iraq.
