Yes if it is very dark chocolate or cacao chips. And a good fruit.

Nice!!!  My fridge is stocked!!!  And the light NEVER goes out...  Don't ask how I know!!! ;)  And thanks Toolman... I'll go with that, too!!!

Really funny but, truth be told, I was there back when they decided eggs, butter, steak were bad but carbs we better. I thought they were totally nuts and refused to give up eggs,

butter, steak. Real butter, raw mile, organic eggs and grass fed beef. Lay off the processed meats and preservatives. Checked my blood pressure the other morning: 120/80.

and we take no medications of any kind.
