Abadi told "al-Gharab Press" that "on the grounds that a delegation from Erbil had visited Baghdad, earlier, and there were then agreements on the issue of crude oil and export and quantity and on the measures taken by the Ministry of Oil towards companies that deal with the region, "After the previous visit, the delegation will consist of the Oil Ministry and a special delegation from Baghdad to complete the discussions and consultations between the region and the central government.
