Sometimes the tiny straws are the longest :] ? Who knows ...I wonder what other financial sites could be offline.

Yes.. It looks good besides the rates. When clicking around in the site i happened to notice it says international all over it. It's a moment of precision that everyone is waiting for now. A push of a button by someone in cbi and those rates are changed.

Thanks very much Floridian - I appreciate you posting some of the links I was looking for.  The CBI  website may have been down for updates or other maintenance,  or perhaps there was an issue with the hosting company that the CBI uses. Despite that, the answer remains to be seen as to why there are multiple sites and/or why a secondary test site still exists. My 'male intuition' tells me that will find out why very shorty,,,,

They're still "massaging" the new look, new photos. But interesting that after you convert over to the English version, at the bottom, it shows "The Statistical Site" and next to it "Statistical Site". They must have the Baghdad VoTech class using this for practice.

They are definitely hiding something. The pictures up top become blurry. It gives you very limited access. The pictures below are a long blurry line.  If you switch back everything becomes absolutely clear and accessible.
