Rafidain Bank announced on Monday the payment of salaries of employees of some departments of the State through one of the electronic payment tools.

 

The bank's press office said in a press release that the salaries of the employees of the University of Nahrain and its supporting colleges, the employees of Al-Zawra and the ready-made garments factory of the Ministry of Industry and Minerals were distributed electronically.

 

The statement pointed out that the disbursement was made after the arrival of lists of salaries from their own departments.

"The salaries of the staff of Mosul University and some faculties of the University of Baghdad have been distributed," the bank's information office said in a statement received by Al-Baghdadi News.

He added that "the salaries of employees of the Sunni Endowment in Anbar and the College of the Grand Imam and the disbursement of salaries of the Directorate of Highway Traffic of the Ministry of Construction and Housing and the Central Refinery Company of the Ministry of Oil, indicating that the disbursement was after the arrival of the names of those departments and their instruments to the bank. Ending 21 / a

The information office of the bank in a statement that the salaries of employees of the University of Mosul and some faculties of the University of Baghdad was distributed through smart card.
The statement pointed to “the distribution of salaries of employees of the Sunni Endowment in Anbar and the College of Imam al-Adham electronically,” adding that “the salaries of the Directorate of Highway Traffic of the Ministry of Construction and Housing and the Ministry of Oil refineries through the smart card.
The Iraqi government has recently sought to strengthen the role of “e-government”, where recently began to transfer the salaries of some employees to banks through the government smart card.

 so happy that this is the first salary disbursement since the announcement by Rafi bank early this week stating "first time ever" cards can now be used in and out of Iraq and it's launched and will be in the "coming days" put into action...for the first time the words " coming days " have been used accurately. Congrats iraqI officials...you are now semi-not illiterate in your timing...now give us hcl and take your currency back !

Called Rafidain Bank, on Saturday, citizens to review the branches to update their data in preparation for the implementation of the electronic system.

"In preparation for the implementation of the electronic banking system instead of the paper system, citizens and all its customers must review its branches in Baghdad and the provinces in order to update their data and complete the necessary documents related to them," the bank's information office said in a statement received by Mawazine News.

The office added that "this step has reached advanced stages for the acquisition of electronic banking system and leave the paper dealing and the introduction of electronic processes in the completion of transactions of citizens."

"This system enables the customer to benefit from the facilities provided by the bank through automation of operations and simplification of procedures."

Al-Rafidain Bank on Saturday called on citizens and all its customers to review branches in Baghdad and the provinces for the purpose of updating their data and completing the necessary documents related to them in preparation for the application of electronic banking system instead of paper system.

The bank's Information Office said in a statement that this step reached advanced stages for the acquisition of electronic banking system, leaving the paper dealing and introducing electronic transactions in the completion of transactions of citizens, noting that this system enables the customer to benefit from the facilities provided by the bank through automation of operations and simplification of procedures.

The Finance Committee of the parliamentary announced that it is in the process of activating a bill to amend the salary ladder of employees and parallel salaries in all ministries and bodies.
Committee member Majida al-Tamimi said in a statement received by the agency of all Iraq [where] a copy of it, it "submitted a proposal to amend the law of salaries of employees in all ministries in 2011 when the Prime Minister Haider Abadi as Chairman of the Finance Committee parliamentary." 
Tamimi added that "the committee formed a mini committee of its members to complete all the amendments and received a response from the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers to delay the passage of the proposal until the submission of a draft amendment of the central government," noting that "the Committee bothered the matter and stopped the project at the time, despite the collection of more than 80 signatures by Members of Parliament on the amendment. " 
She pointed out that "the committee is re-moving the amendment and activate it in preparation for passing by the House of Representatives," noting that "the amendment includes raising the minimum salaries in some ministries to be parallel to ministries with high salaries to prevent mobility between ministries."

Tamimi explained that "the salary after the adjustment will be calculated wages of housing allowances and wages of electricity and water and inflation in the markets and the exchange rate of dinar and purchasing power to ensure a salary is sufficient to ensure all the requirements of middle life."
