The head of the National Alliance, Ammar al-Hakim, called on the Shiite parties to accelerate the selection of a new president of the National Alliance instead. To this revealed a leader in the stream of wisdom about the most prominent candidates to succeed the wise.
This came at a time when the leadership of the coalition unanimously approved the accession of the stream of wisdom to the ranks of the coalition.
Hakim recently called on the Shiite parties to search for a new consensual figure to fill the post of president of the National Alliance.
Was selected as the wise, early September 2016, President of the Alliance for a single session for one year, replacing Ibrahim al - Jaafari , who took office since 2010.
Since the 2014 elections , tried a coalition of state law, passed Ali al - Adeeb to the Presidency of the National Alliance, but this endeavor ran into rejecting the Sadrists and the Supreme Council , which has seen Their relations, then, a great convergence after the overthrow of Maliki.
A statement by the Office of the President of the National Alliance, received (range) a copy of it, "The leadership of the Iraqi National Alliance held a meeting on Wednesday in Baghdad, and discussed the issues on the agenda, reviewing the developments of political and security situation and the battle of the liberation of Tal Afar."
The statement added that "the members of the leadership of the coalition unanimously approved the accession of the stream of national wisdom to the ranks of the National Alliance," considering "his presence strength and support for the march of the National Alliance."
During the meeting, al-Hakim renewed his call for "the need to quickly choose the alternative to head the National Alliance," stressing "his support and support for the new presidency."
Mohamed Abu Kallal, the representative of the wisdom movement in the Egyptian capital of Cairo, revealed that Vice President Nuri al-Maliki and the leader of Dawa Party Khudair al-Khuzaie are the most prominent candidates for the presidency of the National Alliance. He did not rule out that his current parliamentary elections are running away from the Shiite alliance.
In an interview with the Russian news agency Sputnik, Mohammed Abu-Kulal said that Hakim's demand for an alternative to the presidency of the alliance would not last for a second term. "There is no clear vision of who actually succeeds him, but there are nominees such as Nur al-Maliki and Khudair Khuzaie, but the real challenge is how well these names can correctly replace Hakim."
And on the participation of the stream of wisdom in the parliamentary elections scheduled for next April, Abu Kallal said that "the stream of wisdom civilian and not liberal, and we can alliance with all Sunni, Shiite or Kurdish forces." "Everyone has to think about a new Iraq, because all the components are woven between the doctrine and nationalism," he said.
"So far, the decision that we will run the parliamentary elections outside the coalition, and this is not the first time, where the political forces enter the elections alone and then comes the coalition after the emergence of results, because there are no Iraqi political forces can form a single government, so alliances are important."

Al-Amiri and Al-Khaza'i compete with Al-Maliki for the presidency of the National Alliance

 Baghdad / Mohammed Sabah

The coalition of state law, next week, a crucial meeting, the first of its kind in three months, to determine the candidate to take over the presidency of the National Alliance succeeding Ammar al-Hakim, who ended his presidency of the periodic days ago.
The coalition of state law is a fierce competition between Nuri al-Maliki and Hadi al-Amiri and Khudair Khuzaie to head the
National Alliance .

This coincided with the visit of the President of the Council of the Iranian regime, Mahmoud Hashemi, who did not exclude parties within the rule of law to mediate to arrange the papers of the Shiite alliance in the face of the attempt to destroy him.
During the Eid al-Adha sermon, Ammar al-Hakim renewed his call for leadership of the National Alliance to speed up the election of a new president, warning of the vacuum that will be faced by the largest Shiite alliance.
According to the agreement signed by the National Coalition, headed by Ammar al-Hakim, and the rule of law last year, has ended on September 5, the mandate of the wise periodic, which necessitates a coalition of state law to nominate its candidate.
But things seem complicated within the coalition of state law because of the great competition between Nuri al-Maliki, the head of the Badr Organization Hadi al-Ameri, and the leader of the Dawa Party / Organization of Iraq Khudair Khuzaie, to head the National Alliance.
MP Siham al-Moussawi, a member of Badr parliamentary bloc, said that "next week will see a meeting at the level of leaders of a coalition of state law to resolve the candidate of the bloc to head the National Alliance," asserting that "the choice will be subject to the compatibility between the components of the rule of law."
In April, Al-Madaa revealed the Dawa Party's fear of choosing an alternative to al-Hakim in light of the differences. According to sources, the differences resulted in 3 currents that fight the leadership within the rule of law, including the entry of Prime Minister Haider Abadi and Ali Adib on the line of competition for the presidency of the coalition and the Secretary General of the Dawa Party Nuri al-Maliki.
In an interview with Al-Mada yesterday, MP al-Maliki revealed the candidacy of Hadi al-Amiri, Khudair al-Khuzaie and Nuri al-Maliki as candidates to fill the position of the president of the National Alliance, but stressed that "things are still not resolved and need talks and understandings."
A member of Badr parliamentary bloc, The rules of procedure of the National Alliance states in one of its paragraphs that the bloc that occupies the post of prime minister is not entitled to occupy the presidency of the National Alliance, "asserting that" the Badr bloc supports any candidate is agreed among the components of the National Alliance. "
The coalition of state law failed to hold one meeting over the past three months, as Moussawi says that "the meetings next week will be crucial in relation to the file of the presidency of the coalition."
Since the 2014 elections, the coalition of state law tried to nominate Ali al-Adeeb for the presidency of the National Alliance. This attempt was met by the rejection of the Sadrist movement and the Supreme Council, which witnessed their relations at the time, a great approximation after the overthrow of al-Maliki.
In turn, the coalition of state law that the process of choosing a new candidate for the presidency of the coalition will be democratic, "by opening the door for nomination in the meeting next week to resolve the candidate of the rule of law to head the coalition."
"The Maliki personal closest to the presidency of the National Alliance for the next period after the agreement with the Supreme Council a year ago that the presidency is periodic." The social networking sites were recently reported on the mediation of the Chairman of the Council of Expediency of the Iranian regime, Ayatollah Mahmoud al-Hashemi to arrange the papers of the Shiite forces in preparation for the post-elimination of the Dahesh.
The Chihod believes that "Mahmoud al-Hashemi's visit to Iraq may fall within the process of maintaining the National Alliance, which is subjected to attempts to disintegration by some quarters."
Al-Hashimi arrived in Baghdad early September and held several meetings with Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki and the Prime Minister, in addition to holding an extensive meeting with the leaders of the National Alliance in the presence of Abadi, Hakim and leaders in the popular crowd.
In response to the speculation raised by the visit to Iraq, Hashemi's office yesterday issued a statement denied the existence of a formal character of the last visit, and that it came for the purpose of visiting religious shrines.
In the same context, says Fadi al-Shammari, leader of the National Wisdom Movement in a statement to (the extent), "Hakim told the leadership of the National Alliance shortly before his refusal to manage the presidency of the National Alliance acting or renewal of another year," stressing that "Hakim Egypt To respect and achieve the agreement concluded with the coalition of the rule of law. "
Al-Hakim was elected in early September as head of the National Alliance for a one-year term, replacing Ibrahim al-Jaafari, who took office since 2010. The choice came after an agreement with the Dawa Party.
Al-Shammari acknowledges the difficulty of the task facing the Shiite forces to appoint an alternative figure for al-Hakim to head the National Alliance, stressing that the choice of alternative president of the coalition will be consensual and needs understandings to be approved in the general and leadership bodies of the coalition.

Maliki's reluctance to chair the National Alliance paves the way for Amiri

 Baghdad / Mohammed Sabah

The coalition of state law is approaching to resolve its position on the presidency of the National Alliance nominee Hadi al-Ameri, the leader of the Badr Organization, after the retreat of coalition leader Nuri al-Maliki to run for the post occupied by Ammar al-Hakim more than a year ago. And confirms informed circles within the bloc of Maliki's coalition that Amiri became the most likely successor to al-Hakim after the withdrawal of the coalition leader Nuri al-Maliki, and the failure of Ali al-Adib and Khudair Khuzaie to obtain the support of their mass.

The circles attribute the withdrawal of Maliki from running for the presidency of the National Alliance to the reservations expressed on his performance during the last period.
And the failure of a coalition of state law to hold a meeting of the leadership body for three months, against the backdrop of fierce competition between the polarization of the presidency of the National Alliance.
During the Eid al-Adha sermon, Ammar al-Hakim renewed his call for leadership of the National Alliance to speed up the election of a new president, warning of the vacuum that will be faced by the largest Shiite alliance.
And ended the presidency of Ammar al-Hakim of the National Alliance on the fifth of September, according to the agreement reached by the Shiite parties last year. Under the agreement, the presidency will be rotated for a period of one year, to be administered by a candidate from the state of law later.
Revealed sources prominent within the rule of law that "Maliki told the forces of a coalition of state law to withdraw his candidacy from the presidency of the National Alliance, preferring to devote full time to prepare the mass and new list, which intends to form during the coming periods."
The sources, who spoke to the (range) preferred anonymity, that "the reasons for Maliki's withdrawal from the competition is due to his reservations on the performance of the National Alliance, which he described as weak and scattered," noting that "the rule of law will submit a new candidate for the position of the presidency of the National Alliance after A meeting to be held on Monday evening. "
The sources revealed the document that "the past few days have seen a series of consultations and secret discussions within the coalition of the rule of law addressed the possibility of nominating Ali al-Adib and Khudair Khuzaie as replacements for al-Maliki, but the talks ended by excluding them from the competition because of fears of the Dawa Party of the fall of candidates to vote in the General Assembly Of the National Alliance. "
The sources close to the leaders of the rule of law that "the head of the Badr Organization Hadi al-Amiri became the most likely to head the National Alliance among the names traded in the corridors of the coalition of the rule of law," noting "the great desire of Amiri to occupy the site of the President of the National Alliance."
The parliamentary sources added that "the decision to nominate Amiri to head the National Alliance depends on the review and audit of some sites distributed among the components of a coalition of state law," asserting that "a meeting of the Dawa Party on Monday evening will be crucial to this dialectic."
Regarding the vision of the state of law for the project of "historic settlement," the sources said that "the coalition is determined to proceed with the settlement project, which will be subject to many changes in the foundations and content and texts."
The National Alliance, led by Ammar al-Hakim, proposed the "settlement" a few months ago, which aims to alleviate the internal crises and problems, in preparation for the post-elimination of the organization of the preacher.
Al-Mada newspaper published the text of the historic settlement in its number 3771 dated 31 October last, and it was widely circulated locally and in Arabic.
The sources pointed out that "the state of law observations and many conditions on the draft settlement, and must be achieved before proceeding, including the inclusion of the settlement of persons wanted for the judiciary."
"There is talk in the political corridors of the National Alliance between those who want to resume the settlement project by his new presidency and those who want to carry out the whole project after the next elections," he said.
Fadi al-Shammari, a leader of the al-Hakamah movement, described the settlement project as "holding the mosque to set a road map for building a state by addressing controversial issues." But he admits there are political parties that "reserve time and not compromise as a project."
The adviser, close to Ammar al-Hakim, "there are parties in the coalition of the rule of law have observations on the timing of the settlement project," stressing that "the project took important steps in cooperation with the United Nations, and completed the first and second stages."
And on the presidency of the National Alliance, confirms Fadi al-Shammari that "the parties to the coalition is still negotiating in order to agree on a consensus character acceptable to everyone." But he pointed out that "the leadership of the National Alliance did not hold a meeting to discuss the names of candidates, because it is waiting for the progress of the rule of law candidate for this site."

The differences within the rule of law postponed an important meeting that was scheduled last week to present his candidate for the presidency of the National Alliance succeeding Ammar al-Hakim, who ended his presidency earlier this month. The escalating differences between the two wings of the Secretary General of the party, Nuri al-Maliki, and Prime Minister Haider Abadi, pushed the leadership of the Dawa Party to postpone its decision on the presidency of the coalition. Maliki pays the MP Khalaf Abdul-Samad, head of his parliamentary bloc, in return for MP Ali Al-Alaq, who stands behind his candidacy. The party's differences did not stop at this point, but it widened to include the way to run in the upcoming local and parliamentary elections. The party did not decide to lead its electoral lists, as Ebadi pays his candidates in exchange for Maliki's candidates to lead the lists.

"There are attempts to hold a meeting of blocks of state law to agree on a mechanism to choose the new president," says a senior source from within the Dawa Party on condition of anonymity, stressing that "the state of law did not agree on a certain person to succeed Ammar al-Hakim as head of the National Alliance" . The past days have seen a series of consultations and secret discussions within the coalition of state law touched on the possibility of nominating Ali al-Adib and Khudair Khuzaie and Hadi al-Amiri as a substitute for al-Maliki after his reluctance to nominate. "The next meeting of the coalition of the rule of law, which will be next week, will discuss several issues, including acceptance or rejection of the presidency of the National Alliance, and if it is not possible to provide a mass invitation to the candidate we will go to the Badr bloc.

"At the beginning of the consultations there was a desire of the Dawa Party to nominate Nuri al-Maliki or Ali al-Adeeb to head the National Alliance in exchange for the intention of Haider al-Abadi to present Ali al-Alaq as a candidate to succeed Ammar al-Hakim," said the source, who occupies a leading position in the Dawa Party led by al-Maliki. Maliki and the writer refused to occupy the presidency of the National Alliance. " "The leader of the Dawa Party that" Maliki put the name of Khalaf Abdul Samad as a candidate for the mass of the call for the presidency of the coalition in more than one meeting. " The source expressed concern about the growing differences within the Dawa Party between the two groups of Abadi and Maliki. According to the agreement signed last year between the National Coalition, headed by Ammar al-Hakim after the 2014 elections, and the rule of law, has ended the mandate of al-Hakim patrol on the fifth of September, which makes it imperative for Maliki's coalition to nominate his candidate.

The well-informed source is likely to be the head of the Badr Organization Hadi al-Amiri as a compromise candidate for a coalition of state law to avoid intersections that may occur between the wings of the party. The relationship between al-Maliki and al-Abadi deteriorated in 2014 against the backdrop of the nomination of the latter by the National Alliance for prime minister. This led to cracks within the Dawa Party that were clearly reflected in their media discourse. A number of circles within the Dawa Party have revealed to al-Mada several months ago that efforts are being made by circles close to Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi to form an electoral entity under the name of Liberation and Construction. The source pointed out that "the existence of another problem facing the Dawa Party is the presidency of the electoral list, whether to be headed by close to Maliki or Abadi," stressing that "negotiations continue in the corridors of the party to find a suitable solution between the Secretary General of the party and the Prime Minister."

The source told the broad details of the ongoing differences between the wings of al-Maliki and Abadi on the leadership of the electoral list, saying that "Maliki insists on assigning the number one in the province of Basra to the successor of Abdel-Samad, while Abadi nominated MP Amer Khuzai to take over."
"The leader of the Dawa Party," Abadi strongly rejects the re-nomination of Maliki's voters in the new electoral list to be formed by the Dawa Party, "pointing out that" the Prime Minister insists on presiding over the writer of the party's list in Karbala. " The source says that "among the provinces that are facing differences on the serial number one is the province of Dhi Qar, as the reserve team Maliki on Sadiq Rikabi nominated by Abadi. He revealed "the efforts of some leaders of the Dawa Party to solve the problems between the two teams and the formation of a single list will participate in parliamentary and local elections next year." The source expected in the Dawa Party that "the differences lead to the formation of more than an electoral list on behalf of the Dawa Party in the next ballot, one includes Maliki's team, and another for the slaves, and a third party Dawa." The source familiar with the "
"The Dawa Party Shura Council consists of 40 members, more than half of them with Nuri al-Maliki, ten of them are committed to neutrality, and what remains of the understanding of the team Abadi." The source close to the view that "the preachers preferred to postpone the electoral conference scheduled to be held in July until after the next election for fear of a split," but stressed that the differences within the party expands as the election date approached.
