They might need some help with the reconstruction, but imagine all of the jobs and the boost to the economy it could be if they hired local instead of farming out all this work. You know all this help is going to come with a price tag... :confused2:

 

Despite my cynicism about the financial side of things, it's still good that they have all of this support. Having this many allies will be good for them on a global level as far as their reach, influence, and markets for oil, gas, etc. Let's hope that they learn from all of these outside contractors and can start picking up the slack and building things themselves eventually. Or that the contractors pick up some local labor to help boost the local job markets, too.
