am I wrong, but do you not need a currency worth something First ?

Well, I certainly think it would have to be an Internationally traded currency at the very least. And, what is in it for foreign banks if the currency isn't worth anything? Maybe I'm missing some finer points??

They are lining everything up so that when they flip the switch it will be internationally recognized at ????? Rate.  All the mainstream media will report that IRaq has  has been reinstated as an internationally recognized currency.  No hoopla no big announcement. And no mention of the reevaluation.  But that is just my opinion and I could be wrong.
