Iraq has accused the Federal Supreme Court to undergo political circles in the interpretation of Article 76 of the Constitution

اتهمت القائمة العراقية التي يتزعمها اياد علاوي، الأحد، المحكمة الاتحادية العليا بما أسمته بالانحناء لصالح جهات سياسية في إصرارها على تفسير المادة السادسة والسبعين من الدستور العراقي، معتبرة تفسيرها للأخيرة خروجا عن السياقات القانونية.
