"The most prominent amendments are the provincial councils No. 12 of 2018 and the need to separate the provincial council elections from the provincial councils because of the impossibility of technical implementation together, and to make observations on this subject during the meeting with the Legal Committee, in addition to the need to separate the special vote for the year after he was The bill is to be implemented in one day. And the member of the Board of Commissioners, that "the other proposed amendment is the issue of resolving the issue of re-counting and sorting will be the use of electronic devices contracted by the Commission to buy and was working under the Council, or manually because this article was amended in the election law of the Iraqi Council of Representatives, and canceled electronic counting and sorting To replace the manual, "noting that" this article, if not modified, prevent the Commission from taking any step to contract to bring devices alternative to those that burned in the past or even the use of a company to examine the safety of these devices, but the presence of legal cover "He said.
Al-Moussawi pointed out that "the Commission sent these demands to the House of Representatives and confirmed its opinion that the amendments should be made by the first of last April because the Commission has a timetable for the conduct of electoral processes step by step."

A parliamentary coup after the Eid ousts the deputies of spacemen brought them the corruption of parties to the legislative authority

BAGHDAD / The obituary: The event of the next parliamentary coup, which is hoped to remove about 15 deputies from their seats, the talk of the Iraqi street, as well as it reveals false calculation of the votes of the recent elections, which exceeded the rights of deputies and gave to others.

The debate has become over the deputies of the climbers or astronauts, the citizen's favorite, who sees how the legislative power, did not withstand the electoral corruption of the parties.

A parliamentary speaker who preferred not to be named for the "obelisk" that the event was sponsored by parties and influential blocs that claim to be a sponsor of democracy, but the falsification of slogans unfolds today.

In the case where the Federal Court declares the results of the file, the withdrawal of the positions and immunities of these deputies, waiting for them, after replacing them with others, which are considered according to the electoral law, losers.

While the "technical" error was caused by the judicial committee that oversaw the elections, political parties and experts see it as a deliberate act carried out by influential parties.

The Iraqi jurist Tariq Harb told Al-Masalla that the Council of Judges had counted the votes of 6,000 out of a total of 50,000 in the voting process. He did not interfere with the results, considering that the challenge of the results must be addressed to the Electoral Commission.

In detail, what happened was the big mistake that occurred in the elections, namely the way of calculating the quota seats that require four deputies to meet one of the quota in the provinces that include religious or national minorities.

Three male deputies are also counted against one woman in some areas, according to the 25 percent female parliament rate.

"We have identified the cause as a constitutional defect and have collected signatures to amend the constitution, especially Article 76, and signatures have been collected to amend them and to be repealed," he said.

"The new article includes the abolition of Article 76 first and replace it with the following that the Prime Minister be elected directly from the people and set a period of 30 days to submit his government and that a presidential decree will be issued by the President of the Republic within 15 to install the Prime Minister and his ministers after submission by them and vote, And that the vote on his government program within 30 days, meaning that the system remains parliamentary, but the amendment is partial and the purpose of disposal of the issue of quotas and the largest bloc.
