Allawi's coalition calls for re-election, Maliki says: It is very dangerous
(Baghdad: Al Furat News) called the National Coalition headed by Iyad Allawi to re-election and the formation of the caretaker government, while counting the head of a coalition of state law, Nuri al-Maliki, that is dangerous.

"In view of the Iraqi people's reluctance to participate in the elections in large numbers, the spread of violence, fraud, deception, buying of votes and exploitation of the conditions of the displaced and the displaced," he said in a press release.

"In addition to the blurry measures taken by the Electoral Commission in electronic voting after the citizen used to different procedures in all previous elections, and what results in such a reluctance of the legislature imposed on the citizen away from his desire, as well as a weak government does not have the confidence required for its success "He said.
He called on the National Coalition led by Iyad Allawi to re-election while keeping the current government to conduct business, until the provision of conditions for the holding of elections reflect the aspirations of our people.
For his part , the Deputy President of the Republic president of a coalition of state law , Nuri al - Maliki , a letter to members of parliament , which warned from entering the country a constitutional vacuum, asserting that "may not parliament old extension of one day, and not the possibility of the application of the idea of a caretaker government because the constitution is not permitted.
He said in a press release Addressing the deputies of the coalition of the rule of law, "we learned that a misconception foreshadowed by some deputies that to block the holding of legislative elections in Iraq will provide an opportunity to extend the life of the House of Representatives for two more years or more under the pretext of the existence of a text in this regard in international law under the circumstances Cairo,
We assure you that this text and idea does not exist in the Iraqi constitution or any reference to it, which means that we are going to a dangerous constitutional vacuum where the parliament can not extend its life by one day. The idea of a caretaker government is not permitted by the constitution, .
Maliki said that "the conduct of business is not only by a decision of the House of Representatives and thus we will be without a government and without a parliament, because the age of this Council is set four calendar years and then is not authorized to extend the work of the government when it ends its constitutional age."
He explained that "Iraq is therefore coming to a constitutional vacuum that will cause international internationalization and direct international intervention to appoint an emergency government similar to the Governing Council, as did Lakhdar Brahimi, which invites us to address this idea through attendance at parliamentary sessions to complete the quorum first and to vote on members of the Electoral Commission II."
And between Maliki and without them, we are going to the unknown or what is more dangerous than the scenarios, so we all bear responsibility for any vacuum occurs causing a disaster does not keep the political process and the roots of democracy and elections, no presence in Iraq and God is used to the performance of our historic duty towards our people and our country.

Here if you want something interesting I will tell you what you(you reading this text now) are thinking if you just follow along: This is the power of the mind from across oceans, across fields up and down mountains, over rolling meadows and off we go!

Think of a number (bah be that way!) from 1 to 10. Now triple your number (and my drink). Add 6 to it. Now triple your number again (I will take another triple too). If you wish, double your number again. Add the digits of your number. So if you have 36, add 3 to 6 and you have your number. If that is a one digit number, stop! You can continue to drink as will I. Now after you added your number together and got another two digit number again, repeat and refill my drink with a double this time. Okay, now concentrate on your answer. Woah not so hard your veins are popping out of your forehead. Maybe a little less concentrating and more refilling my drink. Good. Who was that guy Johnny Carson used to channel before he opened the envelope? The Great? Okay today I am great because the number you were thinking of is the almighty number 9! Please throw paper currency, coins hurt!

Later on Sunday morning, Reuters, citing an unnamed election body and an unnamed security source, reported incumbent PM Haider al-Abadi's Nasr (Victory) Coalition was ahead of Maliki's list and Moqtada al-Sadr's Sa'irun Alliance, which is in coalition with the Iraqi Communist Party.

Ayad Allawi, a former Iraqi Prime Minister who is considered to be a moderate Shiite leader, called for an annulment of Saturday's election.

“The refrainment of Iraqi people from voting in large numbers, the spread of violence, rigging, misinformation, purchase of votes, and exploitation of the conditions of the displaced," read an Al Wataniya Coalition statement, as reported by BBC on Sunday.

Sunni politician Salaim al-Jabouri, the incumbent parliament speaker, is on Allawi's list.

Voter turnout was 55 percent in Duhok, 48 percent in Erbil, and 40 percent in Sulaimani, according to the IHEC. Across Iraq's 18 provinces, it was 44.52 percent.

Iraqi Electoral Commission: Final Results Within Hours

Speeding up because of pressure on them ...

Iraqi Electoral Commission: Final Results Within Hours

"The final results will be announced within hours, and the investigation of the Kirkuk issue will not affect the outcome of the elections," said Safa al-Jabri, director of operations at the Iraqi Electoral Commission.

According to reports, an agreement between the Electoral Commission in Kirkuk and the concerned parties in the maintenance of counting and counting in the voting stations in the city is surrounded by doubts.

Observers say the election results could be announced on Sunday night, or on Monday morning to a maximum, apparently as an acceleration by the Electoral Commission because of pressure on the results.

This comes at a time when Kurdish parties called for manual counting and rejection of electronic screening in the city of Sulaymaniyah, followed by an invitation from the Iyad Allawi Party to demand the cancellation of the elections and the formation of a caretaker government.

The governor of Kirkuk, Rakan Jubouri, announced on Saturday evening, that the system of electronic counting of votes in the parliamentary elections issued results "irrational" and ordered a recount of the hands manually in addition to the curfew.

The governor said he had decided to stop the curfew from midnight until 6 am (0300 GMT) to prevent any ethnic or sectarian tension between Kurds, Arabs and Turkomans, while Jabouri did not elaborate on the problem of the counting system.

Voters in Iraq and the Kurdistan Region voted in the legislative elections to choose their representatives in the Iraqi parliament.

The voting took place in a relatively stable security environment, which was breached by a bomb explosion in Kirkuk that killed three people.

The elections, which took place on Saturday, are the first in Iraq since the defeat last year.

The voter turnout in all of Iraq was 44.52 percent after 92 percent of the votes were counted, the election commission said.

This is the lowest voter turnout in 13 years.

The turnout in the 2014 elections was about 60 percent.

Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abbadi's list tops the results of the legislative elections, followed by an unprecedented alliance between the Shiite leader Moqtada al-Sadr and the Communist Party, according to preliminary unofficial results.

According to figures obtained by Agence France-Presse, from several political sources, the list of Abadi got about 60 seats out of 329 in parliament, which opens the door to the Prime Minister for a second term.

In second place came the alliance between the Sadrists and Communists, who have been demonstrating for 3 years against corruption and calling for a change in the political class.

The officials said that the alliance "Sason" got 51 seats in the next parliament.

In the third place, with about 30 seats, the "Al-Fath" alliance, which includes the leaders of the popular popular factions, played a decisive role in defeating the terrorist organization, according to the same sources.

With fewer seats, the two lists of former prime ministers Nuri al-Maliki and Ayad Allawi have been dissolved. Al-Maliki, who has not been swept out of power in 2014 for al-Abbadi, hopes to return to power
