Al-Amin received 8, 500 votes in the 2014 elections, but she did not get a seat because of the electoral system. She said that "the Sadrist movement won 3 seats in the previous elections, and it is afraid of my popularity, because in Fawzi's case I will reduce its share."
Similar cases have occurred with the party's candidates in Najaf, Basrah, Samawah and Diyala but have been remedied at the last minute, while hoping to "rectify the mistake in the period of replacement of members who remain open in the Commission two weeks after the names of candidates." 
In the meantime, the differences over the sequence of candidates, lead to the withdrawal of 8 parties from the core of the decision coalition, led by Osama Najafi. 
"The differences have been avoided and there are no withdrawals in the coalition," said Chalal al-Halbusi, a member of the National Unity Party, one of the 11 components of the 11th coalition in contact with Al-Mada. 
Nujaifi is the number one in the alliance in Nineveh, while Planning Minister Salman al-Jumaili leads the list in Anbar and Ahmad al-Masari in Baghdad.

Anbar Electoral Commission: 42% turnout to update voters' records
