I was thinking more in terms of Maliki himself....he, being the biggest offender of all. This has to end somewhere.....did the Amnesty Bill ever pass or become enacted? I seriously doubt Iraq can continue to move forward while waiting  for M to lose his immunity next year.

The sad part of your state my friend is that it is a whole lot like saying just electing a billionaire to be present of the United States will solve all the problems. One  must drain the swamp  of all filth and stench  before 1  can plant a garden. Until Malachi and his ilk are dealt with and remove from the scene I really don't see how you can have any reconciliation whatsoever. People like him and Iran's leaders don't care about reconciliation, they don't care about peace, all they care about is creating complete chaos throughout the world so that they can bring back the 12th Imam.
