European traders said on Monday that Iraq launch an international tender to buy at least 50 thousand tons of wheat flour durum. We can supply any wheat from the United States, Canada or Australia. 
Traders said that the tender will close on the third of July that offers remain valid until the ninth of the same month.

The Ministry of Commerce announced its contract with national origins to buy more than 100 thousand tons of edible oil (sunflower) to meet the requirements of Article ration for the coming months.

The Director General of the General Company for Trade of the Ministry of Qasim Hammoud food in a press statement that the Central Committee of the contracts at the Ministry of Commerce held negotiations with representatives of national factories session for the purpose of buying quantities of edible oil has been agreed with the company processed on the purchase of more than 100 thousand tons and continued to Baghdad stores and all the provinces. Adding that the national factories of material edible oil offerings were identical to the conditions established by the Central Committee of the contracts in terms of price and specifications compared to imported food oil. Noting that other procedures relating to the signing of the contract with the national origins of the processing of edible oil will be completed over the next few days, which contributes to the stability of the operations of processing the material in all regions of the country.

European traders said on Thursday that Iraq had bought 100,000 tons of wheat in the Hamburg tender. 

 

A group of European traders announced today that the Iraqi Grain Board has bought 50,000 tons of wheat from the United States and 50,000 tons from Australia in a global tender. 

 

The traders, in comments, quoted by Reuters, said the tender is exclusively for the US and Australian origin, pointing out that the tender closed on Sunday.
