We are part of the private exchanges...the internet group...the WF group.

Where are the #800 & locations of the redemption centers?

What rates are the private groups exchanging for?

A. June 23 2017 11:11 pm EDT Intel Situation Report: “Optimal” – GCR/RV Intel SITREP – Friday – June 23, 2017

1. Release of the 800#s has now been set in stone.

2. Full technical (RV) system release and liquidity began on Wed. June 21.

3. There was a window of performance given to both the military and banks for this weekend.

4. These two dates matter: June 24 & July 1.

5. The exchange goal: A week of private exchanges before the public was invited in with updated on-screen rates.

6. The New Powers That Be have their fingers on the greater good. We’re just waiting on the optimal day and hour.

The rumor section is not entertaining anymore. At one time I enjoyed cruising through here for a good laugh but over the past few months the content is so far fetched I can't even get a smile from it...oh well, I will probably be back out of pure boredom....

Last week RayRat said the RV started then was halted due to a glitch.

JudyByington says it started yesterday then halted by a glitch.

How many more power outages, dead phone lines & glitches will it take before these bozos get it right?

Maybe we should all pitch in & buy a backup generator & UPS system for these poor destitudes.

A. June 25 2017 10:25 pm EDT GCR Intel Situation Report: "Rollercoaster" - GCR/RV Intel SITREP - Sunday - June 25, 2017

1. The situation in Qatar was settled. It took up an extra day.

2. The actual global RV started Mon morning June 26, 2017 in New Zealand around 10am (6pm EDT Sunday NYC) and is circling the globe right now, east to west.

3. How long will it take to reach NYC we don't know. Midnight? 3am? 6am? 9am?

4. Beijing says the T4 release authorization was granted.

5. There was no safety net. It's not stopping for anything this time around.

6. We're hoping the "go decision" will fall back to Dunford and Ryan here in the US.

7. As for 800#s, or email link releases, your guess would be better than mine. Perhaps after 3am EDT and before 6am EDT at the earliest and Tues. morning 9am EDT at the latest.

8. June 26 Mon. morning 2-4am EDT is the safest travel time and lowest internet traffic time of the entire week.
