According to a statement issued by the court received / scales News / copy of it, that it "received a request regarding the extrapolation of articles (126) and (142), which speak mechanisms to modify the Constitution, and issued a decision on them and prohibited by agreement." The statement continued that "the court and after scrutiny and deliberation found that Article 142 of the Constitution began to require conditions to secure the interests of the main components of the people in the Iraqi society and by amending the provisions of the Constitution in accordance with the procedures and steps drawn in." He pointed out that "these procedures differ in some joints on the procedures set forth in Article 126 of the Constitution, taking into account the considerations began Article 142 in order to achieve them." The statement noted that "the fifth paragraph of Article 142 of the Constitution provides for an exception stated in this article from the provisions of Article 126 concerning the amendment of the Constitution until the completion of the decision on the amendments provided for in Article 142". The statement said that "the exception reported by the fifth paragraph of Article 142 is a condition that has not been achieved can not apply the provisions of Article 126 of the Constitution and that the constitutional provision needs to be subject to that requirement." DWS112 Posted June 16, 2017 Report Share Posted June 16, 2017 Parliament is considering an amendment to the "Iraqi Constitution" June 16, 2017 Parliamentary Legal Committee revealed Friday, the intention of Parliament to vote on an amendment to the constitution in the coming period to overcome all the differences between the political blocs and to facilitate the stalled legislation of laws in parliament. He said committee member MP Ibtisam Hilali's «Journal News» "The parliament formed a committee to make amendments to the Iraqi Constitution to deal with legal loopholes and the interpretation of some articles, in order to end the differences of some important laws that are still disabled in the House of Representatives." She added that "there is a possibility to modify these paragraphs will be lifted and the final report to the parliament for consideration by and after the final vote will be presented." They can hardly get a quorum, now they talk about amending the Constitution allowing them to pass all the laws sitting in Parliament collecting dust ?? Basically, pass a law allowing them to pass a law. Pathetic fools. We have just entered into the Surreal-and very LAUGHABLE Honestly, I just don't think they have a firm grasp on anything in this Universe.
