Just found this at National Iraqi News Agency site:

Baghdad (NINA) – Foreign Minister and member of the Kurdish Alliance, Hoshyar Zebari, said that Parliament will hold a very important session on Tuesday, July 13.

Zebari said in a press conference held after a meeting between President Jalal Talabani and head of Kurdistan region, Massoud Barazani, “Parliament will hold a very important session on the 13th of July during which a President will be election, then a Prime Minister who will form a government, according to the Constitution.”

He added, “Kurdish leadership held a meeting earlier today during which very important decisions have been taken with regards to coming Kurdish alliances with other Iraqi sides related to future alliances and strategies regarding the participation by representatives of Kurdistan region in the next government.”

Zebari continued, “Kurdish side insists on nominating Talabani for a President to a second term; and the Kurdish strategy it to participate in the government rather than boycotting it.”

With regards the US Vice President Joe Biden recent visit, Zebari said, “Biden did not present a specific formula or ready made project to form government, the Americans felt that a government should be formed soon not to find ourselves in a Constitutional vacuum, especially that the date of withdrawing American forces is getting close.” / End.

Sounds good to me! :D
