Didn't we read a few years back about Maliki's son smuggling money out of Iraq and Maliki buying a huge mansion in Great Britain? What a bunch of roaches!  😡 Most of their people lived in miserable conditions while the jerks smugglled billions out for their personal use.

How about offering the international banks/govts a 15-33% bounty when the recovered money is back and secure in Iraq. That wouldn't have cost anything up front and is better than paying 20 million with no results!?
