Where Are The So Called 4,700 Redemption Centers?

The Gurus claim the 4,700 redemption centers are now processing Dinarians.

Where are these centers?

Where are the #800?

What are the exchange rates?

Millions of people are now exchanging yet nobody knows where to go to exchange.

Last week Bruce claimed new  exchange centers added to the growing list to total 4,700.

Today SITREP claims we are now exchanging. Where? Where? Where?

No Guru can come up with a single address, a #800, a rate yet we are exchanging right now.
