Establishment of the Union's oil policies enters its final stages

BAGHDAD - The Journal News

 

Commission on oil and energy parliamentary stressed that "the establishment of the Union of the project of oil and gas policies in Iraq ESRD."

And between a member of MP mheibes Committee in a special interview for "Journal News", that "the project to establish the Union's oil policies and Alghazihvi Iraq has been discussed and is now under deliberation between the oil management of the Parliamentary Committee for the establishment of the Council of the Union of oil and gas policies in Iraq."

He noted that "the draft of the project in its final stages," noting that "policy-making responsibility for the Ministry of Oil, and in consultation with the Committee on Oil and Energy Parliamentary After fueling the project will be sent to the Cabinet for approval and then send it to the House of Representatives in order to read it and passed."

He mheibes, that "the subject of the presidency of the Council or the National Oil Company is not settled until this moment," noting that "very important Council for the purpose of regulating the oil and gas wealth management in Iraq, in order to reduce the size of the problems between Baghdad and Erbil, the center and the provinces producing oil and gas and reduce bureaucracy administrative and administrative red tape and empties the oil ministry to develop the oil wealth and the work of Tndeim oil and gas companies operating in the country. "

I gotta say this, What with the arrival of President Trump to the region, the start of some kind of Arab Summit going on, Trump selling weapons to the Kurds/Turkey/Saudi Arabia and God knows who else, the liberation of Mosul and now this about the HCL. 

This all just seems so SURREAL. Almost like something in a dream. We all know what is coming next, but still it doesn't feel like I thought it would feel. One thing does seem very clear and that is that our POTUS is making one HELL of a Deal. 

So why do I feel like an ominous cloud is about?

Because this event is so super significant to the Iraqis and all those invested,  IMO, it's spiritual pressure that you may be feeling, lots of crap has been going on in my hood lately.  .keep believing .....just think of how surreal you  ( we) will feel SOON, oh sh"" ...did I just use that vile word, forgive me!!

I've spoken with a couple of members here lately that say the same thing. And for myself this is exactly true. Chaotic would be the best word I'd choose.

LGD trust your day is a blessed one.   Things are really popping within the last 24hrs. This may turn out to be a very interesting week. With as little support that our President has received from home he is down right killing it international.

You probably feel that way because of all the hundreds of times in the past several years that things have looked promising only to have them pull the rug out from under us. Surreal is an accurate description, I believe I've been conditioned not to ever get my hopes up too high again. I'm cautiously optimistic, but have an undeniable feeling of optimism lately that I can't explain. It's a first for me. 

 

Anyway, I'm READY for some celebrating!
