We are where we hope to be.

There was an announcement Sunday morning after morning prayers.

What happened was Abadi made an announcement welcoming countries from around the world to do business in Iraq.

Iraq is open for business.

They have been preparing for celebrations.

Even tonight I heard people begining to decorate their cars.
